When the supreme court decision to legalize gay marriage the court had a 5-4 Republican advantage and it still passed. Kennedy who was appointed by Reagan cast the deciding vote.
Since 1973, the supreme court has done nothing to overturn Roe vs. Wade, and they certainly aren’t doing anything now.
