    1. @MillenniumRain If you are a Trump supporter it means you are Racist, Sexist, Nationalist, Fascist and just plain stupid.

    2. @Mike Ala The US Government is made up of 3 equal branches: Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
Will a Harris / Biden ticket destroy the independence of the Judicial branch and make law the play thing of the rich and political?

    3. When a political party is terrified about a judge that pledges to follow the law, and the constitution, it tells you a lot about that party.

    1. @Wisconsin Man Your are correct. I just want to know what laws she is not confortable with. For example…If she were to say she would change existing gun laws if she had the power to do so. That would tell me she is an anti-gun owner rights, therefore, before she is confirm, I would appreciate to know what she is going to weigh on when matters arise in the next decades. For now, we know she has criticize the affordable care act. There are a lot of issues at hand right now, and we need to know what she thinks of them before she gets confirmed. I have no doubt she will get confirm. There is nothing democrats can do to stop it. I don’t necessarily think she will do a horrible job but I am not sure she will do a great job as a conservative either.

    2. @Mayito But when you are as smart as she is or other Judges and are put in certain positions like the SC you will not entertain hypothetical situations. Thats not being mysterious or hiding something, that means you follow the law, the constitution and not Feelings. Prior to 2 weeks ago you had never heard of her, just as most anyone crying about her had not heard of her before. So outside a few in DC politics many did not know her either.

    3. @Wisconsin Man -This video was about what would the panel ask Amy. So I said all loud what I would ask her if I was part of the panel. But thanks for your insight any ways.

    4. @Wisconsin Man Following the law means that you correctly and with wisdom apply it correctly to the situation under consideration. In my humble opinion, the Citizens United decision was incorrectly applied and intrepretation was too broad for the case in question.

    1. David Hale YOUR ….. K K K. ….GOWN IS IN THE LAUNDRY…… AND YOU BETTER KEEP HIDING YOUR NAZI TATTO ….. SONNY

    2. Dennis Wolff right 😉. I’m not a democrat so not a kkk member. Nor am I a Nazi. I believe in the freedom and constitution love the flag and this country. All things Nazis like the democrat party are against.

    3. Yet Con Trump was administered drugs manufactured with cells from an aborted fetus. I didn’t see him refusing that medial treatment to save his disgusting waste of life.

  1. These judges can be impeached if there outside 🇺🇸 majority in there rulings and it’s about time they feel that pressure

    1. @Jeweled Bird Nope Impeachment will have the effect of imposing term limits on the Supreme Court. A plus in my book.

    2. Gary Davidson if you have to be confirmed before you can be impeached. And funny how she hasn’t even been hired you already talking about impeachment.

    3. @ruth depew One doesn’t necessarily follow the other. Impeachment is for misconduct. Term limits is just that. And, again, we don’t want “the people” deciding what constitutes misconduct. Remember, these are the same folks who elected Trump.

Now, if you want to talk about limiting the term of SCOTUS justices, then I’m listening.

  2. if she really is for justice, the constitution and the people, she should not accept the position at least for now.

    1. @X3 Z And what type of compassion should shown? Should it always be shown regardless of the crime? What mercy should be shown? When? And what does that have to do with ACB being nominated?

    2. @Wisconsin Man compassion could be shown by respecting the dying wishes of Ginsberg and waiting to accept the nomination until after the election.
Your argument is going to be rather weak if you think you can claim moral highground..

    1. @Walt Schmidt Of course she can…but is it the right opinion…when she’s making law…for the “entire” nation…Sure…have your opinion…speak your mind…but it may cost you…your job !!! Unfortunately…Free Speech…Has Consequences !!!

    2. @MrArchangel73521 OMG and a comment/question like that is why no one takes you people on the left serious. She has them sleeping on a dirt floor in the back yard so they feel like they are still in Haiti. Unreal.

    3. @Wisconsin Man The difference is that it is *very* doubtful that busing ever *did* get them a better education. Besides: if you actually read the SCOTUS discussion and decision behind mandatory busing, you should notice that “get them a better education” was not the principal goal. The principal goal was to get whites and blacks to start interacting with each other instead of treating each other like hostile aliens.

    4. @SpectatorAlius That is very well exactly what BUSING was then. Now we have SCHOOL CHOICE which is solely for a better education. It’s the modern version of busing.

  3. The recusal point should have been presented to her to let her know that evidence will be building as to her religious affiliations before any court case over which she presides takes place.
    QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED!

  4. Trust nothing from the hand of donald dump.
    One really fine example.
Look at donald’s son in law Kushner.
He couldn’t and still can’t pass National security test.

    1. @Michael Bray
      Aw yeah.
And what test would that be??
You sound like you may have some experience for that test.

    2. D11Dozer nope. Just saying that the way to prison is open for Jared and his corrupt dealings, just like it was for his father and will be for his father-in-law and wife and brothers-in-law.
Not sure why you respond with such a tone, but I will ascribe it to the shortcomings of the medium and not the person.

    1. patrick ganley Biden doesn’t think your worth knowing what he stands for just shut up and vote for him is his moto. And like a good little puppet here you are

    1. I don’t think Court would “give Trump the election” based purely on loyalty to him. Once Amy is appointed, like all the other judges they will have to look each other in the eye while sitting in plush leather chairs in the private cigar lounge at the court sipping the finest whiskey from crystal tumblers. That’s priority numero uno for them.

    1. Well hate to say this but we the people have no say. Even in election we vote but it’s the cheating electoral college that decides. We are nothing but slaves to them

  5. The whole process is a joke… why debate it.. expand the court no matter what the reps say.. they talk about packing the court while they pack the court.

    1. @Sonya Weinreis your rite what about us having a say in it? After all we get so much say in what our government does already rite? They supposedly work for us ive been told. Too bad I’m grown and I have eyes and ears and a brain that say different..

  6. No intelligent and trustworthy person would ever trust Trump. Just ask all the people he has ripped off and cheated on his entire life. The man has no honor . He is rotten to the core .

    1. @Alabamablessings worst corrupt of liars would be trump.. and no I have not an would not vote for that feckless, incompitant, traitorous, treasonous poster child for why abortions are a good option to have.

    2. @Alabamablessings You Trump cultists are so tedious to put up with. You don’t have a clue about anything. Blind allegiance to your cult leader who has uttered over 20,000 lies whilst in office. And you still want to repeat his lies? You’re all butt f/cked stupid.

    3. @Brian Allen I’m independent actually. I clearly see the BS on either side. I highly advise pulling out of Bidens dirt circle to see what’s really going on.

  7. Exactly, put her on the record. How does canceling people’s health insurance balance with ‘the right to life’? If you live in a world of ‘Pay to Stay’ a lot of people who can’t afford coverage will die … people of all ages … including newborns.

    1. She does not care about “life” anymore than her trumpist cult followers do. She care about forcing her religious beliefs on everyone else. God help us all…. Vote. Him. Out. Vote Biden-Harris and dems down the ballot—help save our Republic.

    2. Radwulf, there is no indication that she will cancel Obama care or Roe vs. Wade. Quit trying to panic the herd

    3. @gary grine All I’m saying is it’s what Trump and the Republicans in court EXPECT her to do. It is based on existing cases that will come to her. BTW Mangolini has already made himself head herd stampeder.

  8. There is no way she’ll recused herself from the nomination. Are you kidding me? This is a lifetime nomination. This is a cozy, dream job for anybody

    1. Imelda GO She needs to recuse herself from any decisions involving the election. It’s an obvious conflict for her to make a decision regarding the president who nominated her and who most likely told her that he will need her vote when he contests the election.

  9. The whole hearing and battle is whether the nominee for Supreme Justice is capable of upholding the Constitution between separation of church and state. The Constitution is the foundation of the United States of America.

    1. I completely disagree with your interpretation of the situation. There are multiple issues involved and need to be addressed.

    1. Well who cares? It’s not up to you to pick Buzzy’s replacement. It’ll be refreshing to have someone in the seat Buzzy occupied (it wasn’t HER seat) that believes in the Constitution. Fact is, Barrett will make a good justice. Unlike Ginzburg, she will apply the law, not her political views. You might be surprised…as an ACTUAL judge she won’t be a rubber stamp for anyone.

  10. She wears a mask here, but endangers her children at a superspreader event, shouldn’t a judge care about her own children.
