  1. Money held up 194 days: The $391 million in military aid to Ukraine had already been approved 2019 federal budget. It was meant to bolster Ukrainian forces in their ongoing conflict against Russia, The Trump administration initially told Congress it was releasing the aid to Ukraine on February 28, 2019. It repeated that assertion to Congress again on May 23, but failed to explain to lawmakers but struggled to explain — both publicly and to the lawmakers who approved the aid — exactly why the funds were withheld. Trump did not release the funds until 9-11-2019 when threatened by his staff.

    1. @dan112020 you ask i provide:
      WENSTRUP: Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

Mr. Taylor, this should be easy because I’m going to use a lot of your words from the previous deposition as we go forward. In your deposition, you spoke of support for Ukraine and its relationship to the United States and how much your support that.

In 2014, you — and I’m quoting this — urged Obama administration to provide lethal defensive weapons in order to deter further Russian aggression. Did the Obama administration provide lethal weapons?

      TAYLOR: No, sir.

WENSTRUP: They provided MREs and blankets and things like that.

In your deposition, you also said President Obama’s objection was because it might provoke the Russians. And in fact, you testify in your deposition that the Obama administration didn’t have a good argument since Russia had already provoked and they have invaded Ukraine. Is that correct?

      TAYLOR: That’s correct, sir.

WENSTRUP: It’s a shame he didn’t take the advice of a combat veteran like you, sir, someone who understands what deterrence provides. Because a lot of Ukrainian lives could have been saved if he had taken your advice.

In your deposition, you said — and I quote — happy, you were happy with the Trump administration’s assistance. And it provided both lethal and financial aid, did it not?

      TAYLOR: It did, sir.

    2. @dan112020 sorry a little follow-up: Lethal weapons -> Javelins (they are anti tank weapons). So Obama, although Congress said to give them, didn’t.

    3. @M3 ICT SOLUTIONSI said CUT and PASTE not provide me with your INTERPRETATION, if you can interpret the hearing so perfectly, you can cut and paste. I do not believe anything on youtube especially anyone that love or defend paedophile trump who has never told a TRUTH his ENTIRE life, so cut and paste

  2. Keep focus on the Bribery and the manipulative behaviour of these Republicans. They clearly are not thinking about ‘make America great again’!!

    1. Maha Tiki Cat – The 4 Billion dollars that Trump campaign manager Manafort transferred to Yanukovych’s buddy Putin.

  3. “Shut up about the hearsay if you’re blocking all the witnesses!”
    –ex-Senator Claire McCaskill

(an innocent man does not ignore Congressional subpeonas requesting documents and witnesses.)

    1. Ah, but how many times, does a man – a real man – allow himself to be harassed by beta thugs?
I’m glad they have put their foot down.
      Now pay attention….
The rabid opposition to Trump is not about his personality, tweets, marriages, business deals, etc.
It is because he is EXPOSING what Dems and some Republicans dont want exposed. The corruption ranges from money laundering, influence peddling and gun running.Along with miscellaneous frauds.
And these are the good ones.
It is the child trafficking and disgusting crimes associated with it that has made these folks vicious .They are trying to protect themselves and their circle.
Corrupt gov officials, Hollywood, academia all have risen up as one giant TDS voice.
All these hoaxes, have been a concerted effort to take him down.
But fortunately, there is a mountain of evidence AGAINST the Dems. who have actually done…everything they have accused him of.’
A very Saul Alinski method.Even mentioned in the Bible.
The attempted coup is real, THIS IS ANOTHER PART OF IT.
The fact that they could hoodwink as many of my fellow citizen as they could amazes me.And saddens me.
The media has been their attack dog.(“Who’s a good doggy..you’re a good doggy, yes, you are!..”)
Run..away from this network, the msm and the Dems.

    1. @wolfman02 Ah, again the Russian narritive that went…NOWHERE.
Keep crying and living in fantasy land while the Dems drain even more of tax payer money on nothing burgers.
What did crimes did this witness testify that the president did again?
      Nothing? Oh…

  4. Shocking treatment of an honest hardworking American Ambassador who was fighting corruption in Ukraine… We need to fight the corruption in the White House…

    1. @Claudy TheArtist Good point. Although Democrats in Congress have not gotten anything of significance accomplished in terms of legislation, they certainly have made good use of investigations into anybody connected to Trump. Well done, democrats in congress. This is exactly what America needs, not trade deals, immigration, or the deficit.

    2. @Steph J
Agree… We are past discussion because the Trump’s crimes are blatant and in our face just like “Russia, if you’re listening…”
Now it’s time to impeach and remove from Office and then PROSECUTE…
You must know Trump’s the first POTUS to not have a Majority of Americans support anything Trump since taking Office…
      The most unpopular POTUS ever…
      ..

    1. @Zaphod Dog – wtf does that even mean. Google translate isn’t even giving me something I can understand out of that.

    2. The most condensed moment of contrast was when (yet another) gop kabuki theatre performance was drowned out by applause for Yavanovitch from around the chamber.

    3. lol
      bless your heart.
Did you hear her say…there was no impeachable offense?
      Thought not.
These slimy mofos made sure they didnt show you that.
‘She had to admit it because she was under oath.

    1. Okay, maybe a lot of people are too young to get the part about phone cords once being used as a means to off oneself. tRump will be impeached for what he says/tweets on the phone, and it will have nothing to do with freedom of speech. Got it?

    2. @James Jones you see what I mean?
*Calls for AG Barr’s Impeachment Intensify After ‘Lunatic Authoritarian’ Federalist Society Speech* this is an assault on the freedom of speech and specifically on political speech. you people are anti American one world communist.

    1. Alec Baldwin = Trump ; Kristen Stewart = Ivanka (Trump has a crush on both of them), Melania = Nicole Kidman ; Michael Cohen = Ben Stiller ; “Moscow” Mitch = Beck Bennet ; Bill Barr = John Goodman ; Hillary = Jodie Foster ; Pelosi = Shirley McClain ; Marie Yovanovitch = Hellen Mirren ; Rachel Madow = Rachel Madow ; …

    1. @Chris S yes, you got nasty with the guy who mentioned God. Just because you dont believe in some thing is no reason to scoff at someone who does. People can make their point without trashing others opinions. Your point is weakened when it is told at the expense of calling another’s belief stupid.

  5. Every time Republicans say “the money was ultimately released” some democrat should always add “cause he got caught”.

    1. @Jimmy Truong This dopey scam is winding down. However, America will always remember the 9th of December. Game over! Justice is coming.

    2. Mitchell Davidson what’s the scam? I’m telling you what’s been said by people involved. And you’re giving me a comedians thoughts. This is worst than trumps tweets. Or are you implying the comedians words hold more truth than the inquiry? You just game over yourself

    3. Mitchell Davidson Republicans best and maybe only defense is no harm no foul since the investigation didn’t happen. And please no more comedians. I can give you hundreds of links of celebrities bashing trump. But what’s the point in that?

  6. Adam Schiff is an all American HERO and PATRIOT and the last line of DEFENCE against the complete take over of America by RUSSIA. Stay STRONG Adam Schiff, America has got your back.

  7. The “stable genius'” intimidated a witness while she was testifying on live tv. OMG even I am stunned at his new level of stupid.

    1. @Jeff Harnack Jeff Harnack What a gross misunderstanding or intentional obfuscation of what Freedom of Speech means. If the president orders his subordinates to cover up his crimes, he utters words to do so. Those words carry no speech protection merely because he is expressing himself.
His attack on the ambassador, obviously without merit and including false claims that the Ukrainian President had complained about her, constitutes actions by the Office of the President, in the body of Donald Trump, that are obstruction of justice. He is intentionally attempting to influence witness credibility through lies and publishing those lies, in order to avoid the prosecution.
The entire smokescreen of his tweets having anything to to with freedom of speech is tragically stupid.

    2. Jeff Harnack there’s a big difference between freedom of speech and intimidating a witness. Freedom of speech is encouraged in democracies but witness intimidation is a criminal offence.
