every cop that had their badges covered should be at minimum suspended for 2 weeks without pay. money seems the key to handling the minor? infractions and jail for the major ones. if this entire video shows NO physical aggression on the part of the civilian, the a charge of assault with a weapon against that officer should happen.
And these are the images that will get Trump re-elected.
