  1. More than a year later – a closing trial to BEGIN (!!!) On Monday… for a case, that has multiple videos that documents it, just to remind u… Amazing.

    1. Qualified immunity is only for bad cops, this is a problem built into the system and those in higher rankings are the ones who do the most injustice or push there officers to do the same or think nothing is wrong with killing the people that pay them.

    2. @Beautiful Soulgirl , thank you…. And God bless those on the jury… Our prayers should be with them.

    1. This has been going on for eight days now.
The capitol thing was over that day.
So your comment has no reality in it

    2. @Black Lies Matter No, reoublicans buy weapons and do mass murders where no one else is armed or has a chance to fight back like a bunch of 2a pansies.

    1. @C. H. Sorry but how do you think, the Aboriginals are being treated right now?!.
Yes in the past not so good.
But in the 21st century I don’t think they are treated with less equality or more harshly.
In fact they have more support and know are acknowledged as the first Australians and owners of traditional land areas.
Also if you believe in out of Africa theory then we all come from there.

    2. @Eric Holdsworth I’m watching it live… ? Are you one of those ‘don’t believe your lying eyes’ folks? believe in Noah, do ya? What’s your point? I follow so many news channels with different perspectives, my comment was flippant, I have watched the whole case live via Washington post, so what? Am I watching paid actors? I hope you learn what hate you need to overcome. Nameste.

    3. @Easton M Have you seen the right wing mulch belching fest on australian news lately? Theyre fixing to give senile ruperts news trash the boot.

  2. It’s better to have one X-Cop take one for the team than to have senseless murders to continue inevitably

    1. @Black Lies Matter What do you think will happen? And it will happen all over the world. Useless murdering police will get this country burned to the ground if they dont get a brain.

    2. uhhh we have to redo the who system if thats what you want to happen…. These things are written into the rules, We must change heads of every department to cops who actually care about the law and serving their communities, we also must profile every cop and get rid of everyone showing psychopathic tendencies. An unfinished study by UCLA showed 1/3rd have these tendencies. We must also end qualified immunity because they would not need it if they did there job and it only serves bad cops. We need to stop militarizing our police and spending that money on ways to harm the citizens and build schools and rehab facilities, THINGS THAT HELP PEOPLE INSTEAD OF CRIMINALIZE THEM. There are many other things we need to do to bring justice to our country and its people. DO NOT STOP FIGHTING!!

  3. I told ya’ there’s a place called Diamond Sangha somewhere in Hawaii… A coordinator must be TOP.

    1. @Censorship Is real Oh..and:
Feel free to name a single Dixiecrat that’s in office, or that’s even run for office in the past 20 years.

    1. @C. H. There will be so many more. You’ve still not addressed the problem. Maxine Waters was in Brooklyn Center urging them to get even more confrontational with police. Instead of comply.

    1. You obviously don’t know how the system is. The average Murder trial takes anywhere from one year to three years to be tried

  4. In the end, the most damning evidence against Chauvin are the videos. It’s not just the long slow minutes of killing Mr. Floyd, but the long slow minutes of doing nothing about that. This was not a bad split second bad decision. This was a ten minute parade of bad decisions.

  5. Clever of the Chauvin prosecution to “stack” charges. An expected strategy. He HAS to be found guilty of SOMETHING.

    1. The biggest problem with that is proving intent to murder, they have not shown that and it could backfire.

    2. @Eric Holdsworth These charges don’t all require “intent to murder”. That’s the point of using this range of charges. Also, if you don’t see either intent or willful negligence in those 9 minutes, plus the refusal to render aid in the minutes that followed, no amount of rational explanation by me will suffice, so I’ll leave it there.

  6. We all saw all the evidence and science and reality is showing an officer who had unesessarly put his knee on a mans neck without mercy and knew he could not breath

  7. So many people secretly hoping for an acquittal just so they can keep watching this madness. They are gonna regret it when this shows up at their doorstep.

    1. Governor should have the national guard on standby, just in case. If not, let Minneapolis burn to the ground.

  8. The defense is actually making derek chauvin look worse lol , also…the paramedics were called a while before floyds death, what was the call for? A bloody lip?, so of course paramedics won’t respond quickly to that. And i think chauvin knew that.

    1. right, chauvin has been sitting there the whole time like a psychopath too. From him pulling floyds hand back while cuffed the whole time to the way he put him on the stretcher, was pretty obvious he came to do harm.

    2. @Michael reasonable officer this and that, well…everything derek did was unreasonable lol duuuh!!!! Mr nelson is stretching veeeery far!
