It would raise the cost of $5000 per state to $25,000 per state. IMO there needs to be limits on ad money and no corporate donations. There should be more debates and Q&A sessions, a limited amount of ads and equal time for all candidates. Think how many billions of dollars are wasted on irritating ads and could help people instead. Health screenings, provided by the Sanders campaign during the month of May etc…
