Exactly. XD mail in voting has existed as a form of voting since the beginning. Some states had no way of doing anything other than mail in voting. Any forging of ballots is a federal crime. If one vote is forged you have a huge chance of getting caught and is it worth prison time that’s longer than the time in office whoever you cheated for?
