  1. So proud of those soldiers, not to mention the courageous citizens who’ve had their lives turned upside down by one evil man’s greed.
    🇺🇦 *SLAVA UKRAINE* 🇺🇦

  2. Zelensky to USA, february ’22: _”I don’t need a ride, I need ammunition!”_
Russian private, near Kharkiv: _”I don’t need ammunition, I need a ride!”_
The fleeing Russians left mountains of equipment and ammunition for the advancing Ukrainians. As an “act of goodwill”? Ukraine finds this gift too generous. The Ukrainian forces will *return the ammunition to the Russians* – with high accuracy! *Slava Ukraini!*

    1. Not sure why they needed a ride since they obviously abandoned theirs. I’m guessing their rides attract too much ammunition.

    2. The Russian soldiers are changing into civilian clothes ,and escaping on bicycles 🚴.
Collaborators , had better run with the Russians.

  3. Of course it’s still too soon to conclude that it’s all over, anyone who does think that is too silly to be noticed. But even so, it’s great to see Ukraine doing so well – all power to them! 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 Слава Україні! 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 🇺🇦

  4. Never underestimate the will and power of someone defending themselves, their homeland and family! Glory and Victory to Ukraine it cannot be any other way! Remember Ukraine, ” You’ll Never Walk Alone “. Slava Ukraini 💙💛🇺🇦🙏

    1. @D Lewis First off, America was in Vietnam to support South Vietnam who asked for American help. America wasn’t trying to conquer Vietnam. It was North Vietnam against south Vietnam…. Not USA vs Vietnam. Also, north Vietnam lost millions of troops while US lost 57 thousand. America left because the war became unpopular back in the states and remaining would have been political suicide. After America left it was two years before south Vietnam surrendered to the North. America was not defeated militarily.

    2. @Sterling Campbell Oh, the good old American altruism. Do not revise history: The Vietcong was taking over even b4 American planes left the airport in Saigon. America dropped more bombs on this poor country than in WW2.Not the kind of help people ask for.

  5. It was really a remarkable turnaround and extraordinary yet heartbreaking at the same time for the ukrainian locals for what they have gone through this past months during the occupation of the russian orcs. May justice be serve sooner or later. Long live Ukraine! 💞💙💛💙💛🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦fr PH🇵🇭

  6. Please stop exaggerating the situation of energy in Europe. We are still very much behind cutting of ties with Russian energy, and see it as a chance to get energy-independent. We are going to have one more or less tough winter, depending on the actual harshness of it, but by spring, we will have accomplished a lot. Having a 4 hour blackout a day as a maximum is still less than what the US has to cope with after every major storm, and we will survive having room temperatures of 19 degrees celsius as a maximum (and probably 16° als a minimum) for a few months, we‘ll just have to wear sweaters and warm socks instead of being bare footed and wearing only t-shirts at home. It will in no way be a situation like you had it in Texas. Our leaders are preparing the whole thing since the war started, and they won‘t go off to Cancun.
What is getting discussed is also helping the poorer population with energy costs. Also our public transport is in good shape for everyone who can not afford a car.

    1. @Me Here Just discover a seal for windows. For one meter long you’ll pay about 20 centes (simillar in any other currency regarding the exchange rate), glue to bottom and only tilt window (or glue to top if you have tilting at the bottom) during winter 🤣🤣🤣

Advice from Central European person 😉

    2. Reading I
      Nm 21:4b-9
With their patience worn out by the journey,
the people complained against God and Moses,
“Why have you brought us up from Egypt to die in this desert,
where there is no food or water?
We are disgusted with this wretched food!”

In punishment the LORD sent among the people saraph serpents,
which bit the people so that many of them died.
Then the people came to Moses and said,
“We have sinned in complaining against the LORD and you.
Pray the LORD to take the serpents from us.”
So Moses prayed for the people, and the LORD said to Moses,
“Make a saraph and mount it on a pole,
and if any who have been bitten look at it, they will live.”
Moses accordingly made a bronze serpent and mounted it on a pole,
and whenever anyone who had been bitten by a serpent
looked at the bronze serpent, he lived.

      Responsorial Psalm
      78:1bc-2, 34-35, 36-37, 38
      R. (see 7b) Do not forget the works of the Lord!
      Hearken, my people, to my teaching;
incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable,
I will utter mysteries from of old.
      R. Do not forget the works of the Lord!
While he slew them they sought him
      and inquired after God again,
Remembering that God was their rock
and the Most High God, their redeemer.
      R. Do not forget the works of the Lord!
But they flattered him with their mouths
and lied to him with their tongues,
Though their hearts were not steadfast toward him,
nor were they faithful to his covenant.
      R. Do not forget the works of the Lord!
But he, being merciful, forgave their sin
      and destroyed them not;
Often he turned back his anger
and let none of his wrath be roused.
      R. Do not forget the works of the Lord!

      Reading II
      Phil 2:6-11
      Brothers and sisters:
Christ Jesus, though he was in the form of God,
did not regard equality with God something to be grasped.
      Rather, he emptied himself,
taking the form of a slave,
      coming in human likeness;
      and found human in appearance,
      he humbled himself,
      becoming obedient to death,
      even death on a cross.
Because of this, God greatly exalted him
and bestowed on him the name
      that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus
      every knee should bend,
of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
      and every tongue confess that
      Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.

      Alleluia
      R. Alleluia, alleluia.
We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you,
because by your Cross you have redeemed the world.
      R. Alleluia, alleluia.

      Gospel
      Jn 3:13-17
      Jesus said to Nicodemus:
“No one has gone up to heaven
except the one who has come down from heaven, the Son of Man.
And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert,
so must the Son of Man be lifted up,
so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.”

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him might not perish
      but might have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but that the world might be saved through him.

  7. I’m a European (Dutch) and I don’t understand why you should go to the street when we all know that Russia is the cause. Our governments are doing all they can. This is just an inconvenience that is nothing compared to what Ukrainians are going through.

    1. @AK4 Yes , you are right . In a way all ethnik minoritys in foreign countrys are cloth connected to each other for a while. Yes , of cause! You can find Nazis and fashists in every nation and its not forbidden to show your sympathy ( in few ones!) ; thats call tolerance of other thinking individuals. ..bud ….. a 2ond citizen membership and passport didn`t protect you from the state : Persona nongrata , what means you get forcet returned to your ancestry homeland in case of suspected Stateterrorisem. No matter what or who you are! And by the way: In the beginning of the ,, Special military Operation” this organised marches and russian flag waving all ,, look like Putin Lovers” didn`t know the difference between russian national pride and the course of whats really woud happen in this nations peoples name in Ukraine! So , the flag waving nation pride russians without warmadness in their minds disapered time after time because didn`t sharing the the other ones fashist russians spirit of warmadness . And even this Warmad russian fashists disapered in silence recognising its not really healty to shout out their sympathy for a russian government of warcriminals who make every russian around the world a suspisious Putin politik loving supporter. Who really want to feel like a German in WW2 , bin suspected for Nazi support and Spirit just because he is a german? Its a sin for the russian population to have such a government . The german population wasn`t abel to stop their Nazi government in WW2 but the russian population is abel to stop their Government …. go on strike together and show the world : Whe dont want the reputation : Nation of eternal fashists!

  8. As a German, I can only say that we just have to pay a price to stop Russia. We had several chances – Georgia, Syria, Crimea… – and we missed them. We chose appeasement, it didn’t work – it never works. And every time the price to stop Russia went up. I would be ashamed when we Europeans would give in to Russia, while the brave Ukrainians fight for their freedom and their bare lives. I was born in East Germany, and I know what it means to be under Russian control – it is no fun. But think of it this way: It is one winter we need to get through, and then Putin is done, it’s just game over for him. I think it’s totally worth it, the world needs to get rid of people like him. I also hope China can watch and learn, and keep its greasy fingers off Taiwan.

    1. @wolfgang emmerich “Putins Idea to delete the ,, Spirit of Ukrainian Nation”. Please provide a link to Putin’s words.

    2. @Gislum p
Franco was a fascist yet won the war and died in peace, leading Spain out of the chaos of poverty & civil war.

  9. I second wcpgw’s comment. I live in Europe, in an area that’s gonna be affected by the shortages. My fellow Europeans, do *NOT* give in! The price to pay for allowing ourselves to get blackmailed is much, much higher than putting on extra sweaters and endure blackouts (during an already warmer winter than should be), and remember it’s a blackmail we ourselves have enabled by recklessly getting dependent on a regime we knew to be murderous and war-driving. The Ukrainians will live through this winter, too. So can we!

    1. I support all of Europe and especially Ukraine. God bless you all. You will get through this and you will all fight. Use your words, wallets and wisdom.

    2. im stocking up on biofuel for fireplace, in order to conserve electricity during the winter months, i live in Norway, i have blankets and a blanket poncho, f putin

    3. @Francisa Miller And now as america wanted, a war in europe and then we become beholden to the yanks for our gas, and thats basically what this is all about.

  10. Relying on a former KGB agent to be reliable turned out to be a hard yet valuable lesson. Find stable supplies from countries that historically honour agreements, even if the cost is higher.

    1. @Just Me Trump was far from the first. Obama warned Germany in 2014, the German opposition warned the government as far back as 2009, Michael M. Wood, US. Ambassador to Sweden warned Germany in 2008, Reagan warned and even imposed sanctions on Germany in 1981. And there are many more. But that conveniently gets ignored every single time a republican opens their mouth about russian gas, because Trump is obviously a time traveling genius.

    2. @debreeser Never mind you’ve still got Zombie Joe to see you right! How many times a day is he right? does he know what day it is? PMSL!

    1. Wow …. !
      “ Stunning ….!”
(. … For all the $$$ -poured in we get no …. realistic coverage. Just things that an little old ladies will accept , just before nodding off on latest over prescribed 20 pills ..)

  11. Many many many brave Ukrainian soldiers have died for this moment, and civilians. It’s not victory yet, but it’s well in the right direction. Never forget what this has cost Ukraine, even if it brings victory. It has been won this far only from the blood sweat and tears of those thousands! And still yet ‘possibly’ many many more. I hope the world remembers them 😔.

    1. Come andrà finire non lo so. Ma so che l’ucraina è finita e dovrà cedere un po’ di territori alla Polonia x ripagare l’aiuto.ciao

    2. @fiorenzo brambilla No they won’t. It’s in Poland’s best interest for Ukraine to win. TBH it’s in everybody’s best interest for Ukraine to win, arming them and letting them do the fighting is still way cheaper and less costly than fighting Russia themselves. Even USA. However more costly for Ukraine and far more slower.

  12. Well, duh. Russia shells places they’ve never controlled. And they’re shelling places they’ve recently lost. Your point?

  13. I am so Happy to see that they are taking back their grounds, but sad to see that it had to be at the expense of so many innocent civilians and army personal!!

  14. As an old age pensioner of over 80 , living here in the UK, with very little money . And as our heating costs will be about twice as much this winter . I for one I’m fully prepared to pay this extra cost, if it means the liberation of the Ukraine .

    Slava Ukraini !!
