Japan said on Thursday it spotted four Russian amphibious ships in waters close to its shores on Wednesday.
The Japanese military said the four ships sailed in the Tsuruga Strait that separates Japan’s Honshu island and Hokkaido island, an unusual move for Russia, Reuters reported.
The ships are able to hold military equipment, including tanks, and hundreds of troops.
Japan’s defense ministry released pictures of the ships that appeared to have military trucks on at least one of them, according to Reuters.
When a defense ministry spokesperson was asked if the equipment could be going to Ukraine, he said “it is possible.”

It was actually huge luck that the bomb fell in the yard and not hit any of the buildings directly, otherwise there would have been way more wounded and dead.

As awful as this whole video is, I am grateful that teams of investigators have been tracking and establishing truth from lies. I would say to each television journalist to remain calm during your interviews because respecting the right of free speech is what you represent. It is the most important tool you have. The liars are what they are but even criminal liars are given their time to rationalize their actions. Please do not disrespect those whom you are interviewing…it helps their ideological argument…that we don’t treat them with respect.
Free speech includes the right to lose your temper, to call out lies. Free speech doesn’t demand politeness. Those men do not deserve a platform where they can spout lies without being challenged.
