  1. 2 trillion on a failed attempt to rebuild Afghanistan, yet the congress is debating 1 trillion to rebuild our own country

    1. I bet even this Taliban are working for CIA so they could utilize them as a weapon to stop shia vs sunni to fighting each other 3 thousand years

    2. @Reese Herrmann 🤣🤣🤣 Democrats have been more fiscally responsible for the debt for the past six presidencies. Every time a republikkkan comes into office he leaves a trail of dead bodies and a huge debt behind.

    3. @Eph3m3ral…. as i was saying, you do not have the slightest idea of the extent of present day Chinese building capicities.

    4. valerie are you on drugs? Democrats have spent more in the last year alone than almost any presidency in recorded history. They’ve shown themselves to be completely incompetent when they have power. I just want my country governed well.

    5. Oddgerðr Aurkonungr you are brainwashed by anti China propaganda, and don’t try to take the moral high ground, like usa worried about human rights abuse, yea fing right

    1. @Michael S. Yeah yeah peace between Israel and Palestine by excluding actual Palestinians from the “peace” talks and giving everything to his buddy Netaniaho. Trump peace deals were as good as Versaille peace treaty!

    1. Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, the British Empire, the Russians.
They all failed in Afghanistan. The US never had any chance to win.
_’May God deliver us from the fangs of the cobra, the claws of the tiger, and the vengeance of the Afghans’_

    2. @mk first of all they gained victory a second they entered Afghanistan let’s not talk about them being there for 20 years and obtaining every resources and brought peace for afghan people, now they can feel the american essence more than ever second even this Taliban are working for CIA so they could utilize them as a weapon to stop shia vs sunni to fighting each other 3 thousand years🤣
also you mean The American who defeated Nazies and soviets and asians and saved the world with allies beside them using American arsenals you mean the America who invented 98% of modern and future technologies , controlling internet and space and the only free world country with ultimate independency and culture variations that’s why we have only one green card lottery because ppl like you struggling to get there but when thier visa get rejected they start talk bad about America.

  2. For those who never have read the Dune bookseries, now is the time. Especially when main protagonist becomes leader of the Mudjehadin.

  3. Eisenhower warned about the military industrial complex. War is profitable for some. Devastating for others.

    1. Indeed. The military contractors will have to wait for another war. From the looks of the world today, they won’t have to wait long.

    2. I bet even this Taliban are working for CIA so they could utilize them as a weapon to stop shia vs sunni to fighting each other 3 thousand years

    1. @Bob Richards In America, the president who ends a lost war always gets the blame, never the one who started it.

Stupid argument – on many levels. Starting with the fact that Bush did not make any serious attempt to go after Bin Laden and Al Qaeda. Hell, when we had him trapped in the caves of Tora Bora, they withdrew our people and told the Northern Alliance to go get him – they did not, of course. Bush was just USING this as an excuse to establish a precedent for invading countries we called uncooperative in the “war on terror” so that he could fight the war he really wanted – in Iraq, for oil. Al Qaeda and (since they were protecting them) Afghanistan were the enemy – not Iraq. We could have gotten Bin Laden and decimated the Taliban in short order if we committed our forces there – but we did not. OIL was more important! Bush had no real mission in Afghanistan – he even said in 2005 that getting Bin Laden was not a priority anymore – even though much of Al Qaeda remained in tact.

Bush IGNORED all the warnings he was given about the threat of Osama, and made no effort to stop him, then made little effort to get him after that threat materialized.

And you are missing the point of the OP – if you are going to send people to die, maybe you should have some skin in the game. Now, I don’t expect these mostly chubby old farts to be any use on a battlefield, nor should their kids be forced to go, just because their parent happens to be one of the decision makers – though if they taught them better, more, like Beau Biden would volunteer. But how about a lottery? If you vote for war, then for every “X” number of soldiers killed, one of you gets picked to die? For every “Y” number maimed and disabled, one of you gets an arm or leg cut off?

    3. Lol 🤣🤣 Politician with gun uniform and war fighting Dishoom Dishoom Dishkiyaoon Dishkiyaoon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well chosen name – you are DUMB! Omar and her family fled people similar to this. She knows better than YOU ever could how bad they are.

  4. “I love peace, and I don’t care how many men, woman, and children I have to kill to get it” – john cena said it, but the taliban did it first

  5. Whole thing is stupid. They literally said 10-15 years ago that they will just wait till America leaves and then theyll come back.

  6. as someone who remembers Vietnam and how it ended I just see so many similarities. that was a lost cause too.

  7. Time is like a flat circle. Yeah no lie the United States has taken this exam and they fail everytime.

  8. I’m sure FORD is happy. Maybe give them some electric trucks. Doesn’t seem like there are a lot of electric outlets.

    1. Those ford’s aren’t even built in the US. And they are very old on top of that.
We used old chevy suburbans and Toyota land cruisers suv and pickups.
And if you look at the line up of the vehicles on that base. They were destroyed. We destroy the equipment when we leave.

  9. Go to destroy Taliban, 20yers later they came back stronger with advanced equipment and weaponry. Well done.
