The ruling Dominica Labour Party administration continues to invest heavily in the enhancement of the island's road network. On October 11, 2018, Minister for Public Works and Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Valley Constituency Hon. Dr. John Colin Mcintyre visited the $11.2 million Cochrane road enhancement project.
