    1. @This is MAGA Country I guess, i mean i didn’t make those standards. That was our government. And let’s not bullshit some of these jobs weren’t essential until now and those ppl ate making minimum wage.

No argument here. For most people their jobs or business is essential. The only people who aren’t likely affected are those off the grid or solely on government assistance

  1. The virus works to its own timeline, it doesn’t conform with Spain’s timetable or Trump’s or anyone else’s! It is opportunistic and until controlled by one means or another it will remain a danger. Everyone must learn from the flu epidemic of a century ago. There were two “waves” and both were dreadful killers.

    1. eriknephron gfr I don’t contest in the slightest.
I was saying I doubted the man he was speaking to would respond, given the data is accurate and can be verified and as such.

  2. Too early? It’s not like the virus is magically disappearing.
Everyone is screwed until the vaccine comes online.

    1. I walk on the beach daily. (Lake Michigan)
I was also out after our stupid 10pm curfew last night.
I’m American and we accept very little bullying from the govt.

    2. @chris toey people will die regardless the sweet spot is to slowly lift restriction and see the outcome we have no way of knowing unless we do it

    3. @Justin bull gates mentioned his new program he is rolling out. Its called Id 2020 and he wants to implant vaccine certificates in people to track that they have gotten their flu shots.

  3. I live in Madrid, I can honestly say the Government has taken this decision because they are just a bunch of incompetent, not very different from politicians from other parties. For God’s sake our health minister is a philosopher.

    1. It’s only been a few months. How can you properly calculate and predict if you barely know enough about the virus. It’s still novel. This desire to up an economy will be the death of many.

    2. Angel D. Don’t feel like you have unqualified leaders. We are one step away from the “My Pillow Guy” calling the shots in the U.S. The price of electing a fraud gameshow host President.

    3. Crystal Giddens My friends Dad just passed from the virus. He was fine three months ago. Piss off with your scams and scam doctors. Sit around with tin foil on your head and deny the Holocaust with the rest of the Nazis -until you actually meet someone that was there. You are not enlightened, you just make everyone as stupid as you when you pedal bullshit from the comfort of your own home.
Not surprising you listen to a Republican running cover for a fraud.

    1. yeah, wait a little longer than the wealthy will be rid of the pesky middle class once and for all.

  4. I live in Spain, the death rate have been slowing down in the last 2 Weeks, we are near to reach the 1% of people dying, however we were lockdowned since 32 days ago. Now we are looking at the results of the lockdown. There are some specific areas that will be operating again, it is not like the Full country is going to be open in just one Day.

    1. I’m no medico …
But if you hungry you gotta eat …
Do what you have to do …
But if there is a second wave …
Well at least you had a feed …

    2. in Italy is the same ,there are areas that have been most affected such as Lombardy where the virus circulates since Christmas and at the time of the peak of normal flu. In other regions there are only small outbreaks. It’s been 10 days for the data to improve.
Characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 patients dying in Italy Report based on available data on April 13th , 2020

    1. Gengo, I hear your argument, but there has to be some common sense here. Do the people of Montana, North and South Dakota need to be so shut in?
Do the manufacturing plants of Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin &
Michigan need to be shut down?
Do the hair dressers have to be closed or can we limit the number of people in the store? I’m just saying, people need to earn a living and we can use some common sense. I am not at all trying to put profit above safety,
but we have to start somewhere even if it’s just a little at a time.

    2. Crazy how some are talking of lifting restrictions when Sweden is saying “what restrictions 🤷🏾‍♀️” 😂.

    3. WasatchMan I guess you’ve become hardened after all of the loved ones you’ve lost to this crisis.

    1. RogerWilco Shirley you should look up the definition of courage. Btw Second outbreak happened in Italy because they raised restrictions.

    1. somebody has to try things mate, somebody has to make proofs, even if they turn bad in the future…the coronavirus curve is 2% right now in Spain, the country ( that applied the lookdown just after Italy, more than a month ago, a total lockdown, total ) need some economy working…just look and see how things work..hope it would be the best for everyone,us and you..best wishes to you and everyone out ther..

  5. so we’re bitching about Spain starting up work on infrastructure but here in the states construction work has continued.

    1. @David Goldman who is talking about bernie lol. Michael is right, here in the US Construction is considered essential. Explain that instead.

  6. What if, however this started, the entire pandemic crisis has morphed into mass hysteria?  They are testing for coronaviruses that have probably existed for centuries, and are including every death as a coronavirus death.  So the testing will never be over, and we will be in lockdown until all death has been eliminated …

  7. I feel for Spain and the other countries that are being rushed to life quarantines. The US is rushing to reopen as well.

  8. America and the other countries are acting too soon and it’s going to blow up in their face. We’re all going to be back on lockdown again and more innocent lives are going to be lost all because of money. I pray God’s wrath on the globe. I pray he puts an end to it all because with man it’s all madness.

  9. I love Spain, Italy, France, hey, I love it all, after this event, can we have a Worlds Fair, like we used to?

    1. When u say those 3 do not forget to say Germany and UK along with them, the 5 All Stars. Texas, California, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.

    2. Thanks from France. I Unfortunately EU is in a bad mood. You’ve got big economics problems between North The Danes The Swedes and above all The Netherlands 🇳🇱 and 🇩🇪 vs France Italy 🇮🇹 and 🇪🇸.
For bad economics reasons on both sides
EU is going to pieces. Today

  10. Spain knows that people need to get back to their lives. Everybody else can stay inside for another year.
