  1. All that debate, all that time wasted, just for $600.

This government truly does not care about its citizens

    1. Nope! I will Never Look at American the Same. All the thing they Claim other “3rd world countries” do They did it in 2020!! Sad

    1. I do NOT advocate it but as these checks roll people will gather at the homes of some of these politicians. This is going to get ugly.

    2. i’m totally with you. Defund the GOVERNMENT and stop PAYING TAXES because WE’RE are not getting REPRESENTATION. Peace

    1. @Robby H And at the same time allowing the “leaders” to take money out of our pockets in the present to line their own with more now.

    2. @Kommon Cents nobody voted. C’mon. Nobody believes in politics just like nobody believes and watches wrestling and hasn’t in a century. Right?
Hundreds of years ago they’d shoot each other. Now they play softball together every week and use the same financial advisors to invest in companies they are deciding gets taxpayers government grants in the billions. C’mon. Nobody believes any of the drama soap opera

    3. So they can gain control over you life and actions. We all to be “beggars of the state” you see. Socialism.

    1. Victory for what?…the Dems had a 1.5 trillion dollar deal done..they didnt pass it..they except 900B!…idiots!

    2. Voters in Georgia would do well to remember that the Republicans didn’t act until they feared the loss of their Senate majority.

    1. Think about it, 900 billion in taxes, from a population of 333 million. Subtract children and retired. Do the math, it’s only division. Who’s getting that money. Oh that’s right, big pharma, big businesses and the banks. That’s some serious theft

    1. @Keith Freitas liar, Pelosi passed two bills months ago and Mitch refused to bring either one up for debate and negotiation. Then Mitch wanted to take away your right to sue an employer for wrongful harm or death in relation to covid 19, get your facts straight.

    2. @Robby H So Trump’s 2 trillion dollar tax give-away is fine, his record high deficits of 1.2 trillion a year are fine, his covid response bill for 5 trillion dollars is fine, and his second bill that was going to be 3 trillion dollars(prior to the election) was all fine, but a cut down, bi-partisan bill for only 900 billion; that’s too much?! Get a clue, honestly!

    3. Anyone who received a check for the 1200 dollar first round should consider themselves lucky, my wife and I are still waiting on ours, it’s been 9 months, dozens of website visits, phone calls, and letters and STILL NO CHECK!!

  2. I hope they are not expecting a “Thank You”. Too little too late. Other countries get a monthly check up to $2000 a month.

    1. Nah. The only folks who would actually do the fighting are Republicans and we live in the most lenient lockdown restricted areas in the US. My life hasn’t even really been affected by this other than wearing a mask out in public. Lefties are too scared to fight back and just do what they’re told by the government.

    2. I’d respect you all more if you literally started marching to DC with pitch forks rather than complaining about it on YouTube.

  3. Always bragging about how great this country is but yet this great county doesn’t help their citizens when they need it.
    What a joke!

    1. @Night NDay
Imagine if Trump and his super spreaders of covid19 did listen to health professionals and at least tried to slow down the margin we wouldn’t be waiting for a 900 billion check. It would’ve been a lot less.
Do you know who isn’t a super spreaders of covid19?
      Democrats

    2. “America” as it vainly calls itself, has always been the greatest and the best. In reality it never has been.

    1. @PlasmaBurns You’re too funny. Still hoping for a coup aren’t you? You should feel encouraged though since they are now exploring martial law to hold power. Bet that gives you a good feeling deep down doesn’t it? You also support adding his head to Rushmore and changing name from US of A to Trumpland? I’ll bet you do traitor.

    2. @Tim Imagine confusing democracy with central banker oligarchyj. Power fled the political sphere decades ago. Has the quality of the political class degenerated since Kennedy was gunned down like a dog in Dallas? That’s because the politician has been replaced by the neoliberal “crisis manager.” Just like Houdini the “crisis managers” need increasingly more death defying stunts to keep audiences captivated.

    1. Voters in Georgia would do well to remember that the Republicans didn’t act until they feared the loss of their Senate majority.

    2. @E Theory they’re only acting now cause they know evictions will start soon and the democrats won’t let that happen. So now the republicans can force the poor to stay poor and the rich to keep getting money from the last stimulus.

    1. In Canada, people get $2,000 per month and now they are giving small businesses $20,000 and covering their utility and tax costs. That’s how a country properly looks after it’s people!

    2. @Stephen McDonald Agreed. I’ve also read of other countries that have similar programs for their citizens as well.

    1. @Bodhi Beard Kennedy center is a worthy cause much more so than the welfare mitch wants to hand out to billionaires,,cmon man!!!!

    2. @mark kimbrell I disagree, Have you been to the Kennedy center? 99.8% of americans haven’t.. but they are having a hard time food on the table, making the mortgage and car notes.. wait until all that comes due… think 2008 was bad… just wait.. Even heard Pelosi brag about moving on the relief because they have a new president.. If that doesn’t set you hair on fire.. I dont know what will..

    1. @Codes Soundz unemployment runs out for people on the 26th of this month so I don’t know what you’re trying to insinuate

    2. @Codes Soundz I need $1,300 more to match my salary when I was employed full time. How about that. THAT’S WHAT I NEED AND I STILL PAY TAXES
