    1. @Lydia Wrench No they knew what they themselves put in it not what everyone else did. It’s not hyperbole, they literally don’t know what all is in there. I guarantee we will hear about more of the bizarre stuff in there in the coming days. It’s a real shame Senate Republicans lowered the stimulus check amount

    2. Korea and other foreign countries got money. $500 million. Military got over a billion (I think not sure if the number but its up there)
All the federal dept.s got money (like dept. of agriculture)
This is all money that could’ve came to us and there’s so much more where they sent our tax dollars

    3. Remember they’ve been working on legislation since April..remember Congress has already passed more than a handful ofdifferent spending bills that they’ve sent to the Senate that Mitch McConnell refuses to hold a vote on.

    4. @D B Agreed the cares act would have been better. Senate Republicans always find a way to go along with handouts as long as it doesn’t help average Americans

  1. The relief bill is almost 6,000 pages long.
Nobody has actually read the whole thing, and yet it will still get passed and signed.
I’m no expert, but that seems like a pretty dumb way to make laws.

    1. @D B Do you really think that’s the same? If you don’t sign on to these platforms you can’t use them. Being in congress, you better know what you are signing.

    2. @Ro G they’ve been working on legislation since April..remember Congress has already passed more than a handful ofdifferent spending bills that they’ve sent to the Senate that Mitch McConnell refuses to hold a vote on.

  2. What about reparations for all of us that lost everything due to this pandemic? I’m all for african american people getting reparations but it should not stop there. So many people lost everything this year and we all need to be compensated for this and that measly little 1200 and 600 dollar checks isn’t going to do anything

    1. The American people will NEVER forget what the Democrats have done to America in 2020 concerning the $hamdemic

  3. Voters in Georgia would do well to remember that Republicans didn’t act on COVID relief until they feared the loss of their Senate majority.

  4. America is rich ‘coz Republicans are stingy to its voters but generous to their funders, i.e. large corporations and the establishment elite.

    1. The underlining contest is between a small minority who have gained power over the system, and the vast majority who have little or none.

    2. @REAL BLACKS KNOW THE TRUTH No matter what you say, no matter what you think and no matter what you do, we’re going to drag Baby Trump out of the White House.

    1. @CantGet Right – I don’t like your YT channel art. Obama would never do what that picture shows. I truly believe that once we get this moron out of the White House and we show the other side that they have been duped, we can get back to normalcy. So many years of Republican hatred and spewing … we don’t need spewing from our side. It only leads to failure, on both sides.

    1. The GOP has become hostile to the very idea that there’s an objective reality that might conflict with its political goals.

  5. Why are the two Democrats running for the Senate in Georgia NOT emphasizing that if the Democrats were in control of the Senate, the Average American would now be getting a $1200 stimulus check (instead of $600) and that by now it probably would have been their third one.

    1. Voters in Georgia would do well to remember that the Republicans didn’t act on COVID relief until they feared the loss of their Senate majority.

  6. Hopefully Georgians will choose the right candidates for Senate & struggling folks will get more money after 1/20.
