Why does he need to go to the oval office, to make a call to Putin, I suspect he is in there without a mask. He could have sat in the hallway of the residence or one of the large reception rooms and talked at a distance. Part of his problem is he only communicates electronically to the public, he is like a mafia boss and does not want to leave evidence of corruption on Whitehouse computers not owned by himself.
