1776 -1877: . Enforced slavery
1887 – 1964. Enforced segregation
1964 – 2020: Enforced the war on drugs.
2020 – ????: TBD
Remember that before 2020 years ago, the Romans were forcing Europeans into slavery. And even today, prisoners are forced into slavery in some states. White slavery has been going on far longer than black slavery was even imagined. It wasn’t until the invention of the firearm, that blacks were enslaved.
