The program that senator Booker mentions “Kahoots” in Oregon has been around for about 30 years and it works. It’s too bad that many other states won’t do the same type of thing in the various larger cities. However, what works in one place may not work in another place. I believe that if the basic premise is used and modified for whichever city, then a program like “Kahoots” can be successfully used. It also saves money for that city or town instead of wasting it on putting folks who should be in a hospital setting because of mental health issues in jail.
Still no mention of the 30+ shots fired at Floyd’s memorial site.
