Trump can’t just “say” he declassified the sensitive docs. There is a procedure that is in place to do so, and there must be sign offs by layers of administrators who confirm the need and how it is fulfilled. Trump was just a citizen when he absconded w/these files.
Even after de classifying the docs, they still do not belong to him
