    1. life’s completely affordable if you go to school and get a job. So if you’re asking him for handouts, just stop.

    1. No, they have lives outside of work as well. The norm is not a disconnection from reality. The stats are pretty diverse on the topic.

  1. Ok dude. You want to cram too many kids into one room and you expect one adult to keep them in line and do school work. These kids are going back to school with so many issues from isolation and family issues. What the heck do you think is going to happen.

    1. If there’s one thing which is nearly perennial, it’s complaints over classroom sizes. When I was a kid in elementary school many decades ago, class sizes were big then too.

    2. @Call Me Ishmael Class sizes have always been an issue. 1 student for 30 kids is not a reasonable work environment.

    3. Sean Mahoney since when is it the schools problem to take care of home issues? Your the kinda person who thinks schools should basically raise kids from start to finish. Parents have a responsibility to make sure that side of a kids life is squared away the school has a job to teach math and reading.

  3. What I don’t understand is if the chance of contracting Covid-19 is high as the government says it is then why are they trying to get everyone back to school where they could get infected? Does that make sense to you?

    1. Agreed. Its like saying we no fuel near flame causes fire. But we just ask you to sit near the fuel ….and with your mask on it wont ignite.
