CTV News Archive: Nelson Mandela’s 1998 address in the House of Commons

#CTVNewsArchive: On Sept. 24, 1998, then-South African president Nelson Mandela delivers an address to Canadian Senators and Parliamentarians in the House of Commons in Ottawa.

Mandela was also named as an honorary Companion of the Order of Canada during his historic visit to Canada.

    1. That was my favourite morgan freeman movie. Or was it samuel jackson? I dont know but I do know that Samuel rocks in Star wars episode 2. All powerful and line walking, he is predominantly cooler in 2 than three. If you ask me, he was cut off way too soon. Imagine post galactic windu in hiding. I bet he’d host his own jedi academy kinda like how in the rise of skywalker i thought it was going to end with rey being a gray jedi with kylo in which they’d be called “skywalkers” hence the name. IMO it makes way more sense and if they do another thy should bring windu back in that previous state I said. pretty neat right
