You can pretty much experience the same at KFC, Wendy’s, Tax Office, Doctors Office, Cornwall Regional and last Western Union. I remember how bad Western Union got, fights breakout every now and then. I also remember when an Officer nicknamed Chicken back peppersprayed the crowd for being unruly.

I went to Central Police Station in 1975 to be finger printed it was done in two hours…..JAMAICA was GOOD and did not have DEGREED people a run the country…
Idk if these offices are under staffed or the persons working there are just lazy but it’s the worst experience getting any kind of formal documents in Jamaica
