We need a law for elder abuse to be punished severely and posted pictures around the country.
The woman must have been high on drugs.

A woman cyclist riding on the highway and a car jacker? That’s a new one. When they mentioned it was a woman who flagged the car down, my mind immediately thought she was somehow an accomplice for her boyfriend but nope. She did it all herself.
