    1. CONSIDERING JAPAN AND RUSSIAN ARE FLOODING AND THE NORTH HAS RARELY SEEN THE SUN FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, IT IS A SAFE BET.

    2. beside that heavy rains, also, I think something to do with their one party ruling system and corruption, building infrastructure with no professional sewer system, no opposed, no freedom of expression, no noise, no efficiency. Their govnors are serving their leaders for promotion and more money, not for their citizens. Just like Wuhan virus, covering up at the beginning, and then problems show.

    1. HongKong is an island city, surrounded by ocean, doesn’t link to inland, does not effect by this flood.

    1. China’s navies already are patrolling and destroying the surrounding nations fishing boats with help of naval militias disguised as Chinese fisherman. Their fakes islands were built and completely militarized during several financial troubles that distracted Western countries. Covid helped secure Hong Kong. If it was to cover something up it would be either the invasion of Taiwan or taking full control of the air space above 9 dash-line area in the South China Sea.

  1. more pictures and films haven’t shown here. Dams released water caused the flood too. 800 years old bridge crashed. Building collapsed and falled into river.
