  1. Enslee could join the new Dem government as Environment Secretary. Many of the candidates have adopted his policies.

    1. As of right now, the most comprehensive and well documented climate proposal belongs to Bernie Sanders. He released it a couple of weeks ago and it’s really quite amazing in its scope. And yes, I’m sure many of Inslee’s ideas were incorporated into Bernie’s plan.

    1. @Tessmage TesseraSometimes I wish the democrats would get their way and during the ensuing economic chaos along with open borders, I hope a lot of them die.

    2. @Steve Hanson LOL you’ll never get to see that. We’re not worried. President Bernie Sanders will fix this mess.

    1. @Tessmage Tessera You know how stupid that is ? Even your god Obama is spending 15 million on beach front house …..
Glaciers are melting …oh wait nope…. Polar bears are becoming extinct !!! Ahhhh nope every prediction ever maid has been wrong . Global cooling oh were warming …. Global warming ahhh were cooling …I know I know Climate change …..lol

    2. @Kevin Mcneil Obama is not my “god.” I am not a Democrat. And I really don’t care what you believe. Your side is outnumbered and losing, period.

  2. They can forget about executive action in support of their green initiatives. The terms of Green New Deal are fraudulent, and won’t be tolerated anywhere in this country. Every attempt will be 100% rejected.

    1. Explain why no one is enforcing those policies? Real physicists don’t support it. You’ve failed, get off of the planet. You don’t even know what ‘old days’ refers to.

    2. @Tessmage Tessera 99.99% of
      Americans have no clue how
What’s the green New Deal represents. Doesn’t make any difference will never get through Congress

    3. @ForestNinjaZero : You do realize that the Green New Deal is just a proposal and a possible blueprint, right? It is not in the form of legislation, at all. No one has failed. And please explain what “old days” refers to, o ancient one.

    4. @Trumpocalypse, please let “Tessmage Tessera” define their own terms, and give the strawman some peace of mind.

    1. Trillions and trillions of dollars for climate change and everybody has got to sacrifice, Dead on Arrival in Congress. Not because of conservatives, but because Democrats want to be re-elected😁

  3. Amen knowtech…You are half right..we are already way behind on helping the climate, and it’s most urgent…the wall will be needed later when it really gets hot down there and we really do have an invasion…we’ll be knocking on Canada’s door by then.

  4. Youth is the biggest consumer of energy/tech and mass produced pop culture items all created in countries without EPA Hollywood and silicon valley use energy resources and produce waste .. Will they sacrifice too? Look how much they spend on parties alone or them flying jets.. Did you know that companies like Intel have their own airports and Jets and fly people into the country everyday? Tech uses hazardous chemicals to create computers phones etc… Research how metal is altered for use in tech

    1. Sir Loxley Mendoza: US Youth have been environmentally conscience their whole lives. They are the ones who will have to live with the results of the foolishness that has gotten us into this mess. Why does that matter to you? Are you going to do nothing unless a certain number of other people are doing something? That’s the excuse one hears from conservatives all the time, and it is truly a lame excuse.

  5. Presidents need to rely on Executive Orders when the legislative process will take too long or when we have not given our President a Senate willing to cooperate with him (or her). We know where we want America to go with her future, but in order to do that, we must give our new President a Senate that can lock these initiatives down into law. We’ve seen, first-hand, McConnell successfully blocking Obama’s attempts to replace a supreme court justice as was his right and duty. We also have seen McConnell’s blocking bipartisan legislation approved by the House for over a decade, just because he can. This level of obstruction is an abuse of power. The only way to clear it is to have an overwhelming Democratic vote that delivers both the Presidency and the majority of the Senate to the Democratic Party. Under ordinary circumstances, we would look to our new President to deliver on his (or her) campaign promises. However, the reality is that we have had a toddler taking a wrecking ball to our government. Our first task must be to put things back together again. First things first. Hire ourselves a strong leader.

  6. Be careful. Many of these politicians are trying to impose taxes (carbon tax, tax at the pump). Just a reminder, taxes do not remove CO2 from the atmosphere! The single mom that works 2 jobs to keep her family affloat still has to drive to work. Her having to pay more for gas would simply be a punishment to her and her family, not to mention, her carbon footprint would not be reduced. The take home message being; if you choose a candidate that wants to address climate change, be sure to know exactly HOW they plan on doing it. If their policies involve taking your money and freedom, you’re better off finding a better candidate. Do yourselves a favor and look at some of the climate change models from the 90’s up until now. See what they predicted and compare it to current conditions. Also, read the IPCC article from aug9 about crops being lost due to climate change. Then look at tge UN’s own statistics regarding crop yield over the past couple years. The IPCC article was written to create fear and was straight propaganda. Also read about michael “hockey stick” Mann’s latest trial. He would not submit raw data that would substantiate the claims he made in his climate report. He’s a fraud. Read about Agenda21, agenda2030, ICLEI. Ask yourself, why the secrecy? If climate change is so important, why has ICLEI been so secretive? Ever hear of them? How many cities in the US are members of ICLEI? Why are they making big discisions in your community without you even knowing? Dont take my word for it. See for yourselves! It’s a HUGE deal. Once you realize that you haven’t been made aware yet, you’re probably going to be pretty upset. Best of luck!

    1. thiskidkatits: Actually, carbon taxes work. Countries in Europe have reduced pollution substantially by implementing them. Corporations are all about profits. When they are have to pay huge taxes for the right to pollute, they find ways not to pollute. Gasoline taxes are used for infrastructure. They always have been and always will. No one claims gasoline taxes reduce pollution, although, when gasoline gets too expensive, people think more carefully about jumping in the car and driving somewhere if it’s not really necessary. Predictions of crop production being affected by climate change are well founded in science, unlike your post. The rest of your post is conspiracy theory BS, and not worth engaging on. Do yourself a favor and go read some actual science.

    2. Trumpocalypse which big tech company do you work for? Perhaps the most dishonest response I’ve ever recieved. UN statistics showed record crop yields over the past 3 years and ironically the IPCC belongs to the UN. You were honest about taxing gas though. It deters people from driving their car. A drive to a loved ones house, the beach, sight seeing, adventuring etc. etc. will all come at a higher price. Its like a tax on freedom and happiness in a way. Still, the low income parent who has to drive to their jobs, pick up kids from daycare, baseball practice etc. will have to make those trips regardless of gas price. This means greater stress, less freedom and a lower quality of living for that family. Low income families shouldn’t have to be burdened this way. Frankly, no one should. As for my conspiracy theory BS, what exactly did you mean? Did the UN AGENDA21 not propose a new radical layout of the United Stated (wildlands project). Does the UN believe that citizens should reserve the right to own private property? Does ICLEI not exist? Does ICLEI belong to the US or the UN? What do they do? What’s their purpose? What conspiracy theory BS were you referring to, with specificity?

  7. Your so passionate about climate change. You should immediately start teaching science classes in school again.

    1. All Looney Tune liberals are hypocrites. If you want to sacrifice yourself on the altar of your climate change God, go right ahead.

    1. Yes, because for every bicycle I don’t buy, someone else buys one. Or something.

I tend to use more oil after reading the morning paper and seeing how much others have used. You smart.

  8. I call for the greedy rich to put back some of the money they scammed outta the poor using the privelage the poor don’t have access to
because the rich buy the government.

  9. Effects of Democrats plans:

    Goodbye Pennsylvania
    Goodbye Michigan
    Goodbye Ohio

Good luck winning 2020 without the rust belt

    1. Stanley Goddard there’s also a lot of people who’s jobs and lifestyle would be effected by those changes and not in a good way. No more green house gases? People would have to buy new cars, no more coal, people would lose jobs. You need the rust belt to win the election.

  10. It drives me absolutely batty that we combat the greenhouse gases in the past by limiting everything down with a catalytic converter to CO2 and now we are the bad guys while the rest of the developing World uses nothing pushing out some of the worst greenhouse gases there are and furthermore there’s ways of capturing CO2 they turn a blind eye to and perpetuate the collapse of Western Civilization
