Why didn’t this conversation happen before? Why is he asking them who they paid if he supposedly has intelligence that they were purchased illegally? Why would you demolish them without all the facts and without a court order? Even if the purchases were made illegally, which they very well may have been, everyone should follow the law, including the government. Go to court and do things the right way. This is narcissistic behavior, which is illegal. Which is the irony? Very disturbing when government behaves this way while chastising others.

Those homes did not appear overnight. Months of construction went underway. The government should have code enforcement to stop these illegal building. So because of poor management we are left with this unorganized development. So to act now is too late and the cost of this last action is devastating on poorer people who simply wish to survive. They are wrong but its the government ineptitude the led to this.
Only in Jamaica people can criminally occupy land and force the government to bend the knee.
