Lack of education and upbringing
All those arguments is all nonesensical arguments, because in the United States road raged is one of the most common thing.Where you bad drive a man, that driver will followed you, also shot you to death. About two weeks ago I almost witnessed the shooting,of a road raged near to my house. Which resorting to one man was and killed, brother it is not new. It is not Jamaica alone having that problem,it is a worldwide behaviour against,or amongst human being,ok.
Mediation most of the time is ordered by the court ,if you don’t want it to continue with the trail.I been to mediation before in the United States, because my neighbor threatened me and. His lawyer asked for the mediation, which the matter was settled out of court.
