Marina Ovsyannikova, an employee at one of Russia's major state television networks who interrupted a live broadcast to protest the Russian invasion of Ukraine, was arrested and interrogated for more than 14 hours and charged with organizing an unauthorized public event. Being 70 yrs old- Putin is seeing his dream slip away. This Ukraine gambit is a last ditch effort by Putin to get some concessions from the West before his dream is completely dashed.
