DOJ appeals decision to have special master review seized Mar-a-Lago docs

  1. Steve Bannon in handcuffs was the lol I needed today. Imagining the impact of that photo on 45 is equally uplifting!

    1. @John PatrickYou’re right, the 1% DOES pay 40% of the INCOME tax burden. They pay that 40% on the over 90% of the country’s income. They are NOT paying their fair share. What a sweet deal they get. OVER 90% of the income and they only pay 40% of the tax burden. And here you are apologizing for getting ripped off.

  2. The judge was in over her head. I think she should be investigated for her biases. DOJ just basically strong armed her with the law and gave her an education on how intel works. Right now she looks out of her league.

    1. @Chonzen1 A special master is appointed only when there is privilege, that must be considered. Trump is not a lawyer, so there is not attorney-client privilege. And, he is no longer president, so there is no executive privilege. There was no grounds to appoint a special master at all. And, the assertion, that the government owns all classified material is very strong, because it is obvious to anyone capable of analytical thought.

    2. @Deborah Freedman ,
Incorrect, they have only a fraction to do with privilege and are a normal part of the process… expect them to handle things like dispositions most of the time. For, in reality, they are nothing more then a glorified clerk given some extra authority to handle some matters on the Judges behalf. With the intension for said Judge to be handling some other Pre-Trial matter that is critical to Due Process. If anything, the title gives them a sense of being a lot more grand, a lot more powerful, then just being… a paper pusher!

      For example:
Special Masters only have power to enforce two rules, 37 and 45, which also highlights what their purpose is. Rule 37 has to do with failures to disclose during discovery, which is a step we have not yet reached as no one has been indicted yet. Rule 45 allows them to handle matters related to Subpoena… mostly to enact (b) Command to Attend a Deposition. As I mentioned before, when used properly they are nothing more then a glorified paper pusher making sure people turn up on time and have not tried to conceal information.

Rule 53 on any law page will outline what they are really meant for, but trust Trump to pervert all things paperwork.

So… What one is doing here…? Trump will claim 45 (e) (2) (b) but it really is to delay.
It will take months to get this mess sorted out and that was the point!

      – Not a lawyer, just an enthusiast.
A little too enthralled that other people are being forced to learn the systems too!

  3. Corruption is a form of dishonesty or a criminal offense which is undertaken by a person or an organization which is entrusted in a position of authority, in order to acquire illicit benefits or abuse power for their own personal gain. ⚔

    1. @Mike Barnes I am not a big fan of of the moderates as a progressive I am for the people not the status quo. ⚔

  4. This judge (a federal court judge at that) didn’t even know The IC (Intelligence Committee) was a part of the FBI since 9/11🤣🤣🤣 HTF did you get your job again 🤨 Oh yeah you were appointed by the criminal who’s name is on the docket.

    1. @Taylor Fox Yes, that is true I have heard people call him that too, because people are ignorant, but they aren’t conveying a status or a position.

  5. The bankrobber demanded a special master to go through all banknotes because maybe there is one amongst them that belonged to the bankrobber in the first place.

  6. Just appeal it!! Who cares what happens to her. Her professional career should be the toilet from her reckless ruling. Why does the DOJ have to be sooooo cautious and undertsanding of these people??? She doesn’t give a dmn about anyone other than Trump.

    2. @Dakota the plumber These girlie guys should take an extra Xanax before watching Brianna giving them there daily TDS fix.

    3. @Tyrone vonChadley why are you crying 😭 all the time in CNN YouTube sections? Can’t you get over it that Trump lost? Get professional help, they will help you healing from your TPRS suffering!

  7. Bad decisions happen when you elect a POTUS who is only interested in power/ profit and then appoints judges who are political than constitutional.

    1. @Bo Bice wellllll…..I can only hope we get at least a Trump out of the RINO Dem monopoly….would rather we have a Libertarian congress

    1. @C Gomez If what you’re stating is ALL that you see then blind you are. Agree to the DOJ’s terms: Do you suppose that would be sound decision to allow the investigating body
to completely control the proceedings? Would you agree to it if you were the one they were gunning for? Appealing to the 11th circuit: The defense team would counter until it goes to the SCOTUS. BTW the judge in question doesn’t care what they do and by bringing the Special Master she is actually removing responsibility for both sides… win/win

  8. I think the worst aspect of this whole process is the traitorous lack of concern for national security showing up in a judge…our “rule of law” leadership. Could I just ask this question without prejudice? If the leadership in this nation does not care about the security that has kept it’s oath to the Constitution, can you give us a good departure date so that we can migrate to a nation that does?

  9. I am going to disagree with Brianna. As I read all the documents relating to the appeal the DoJ is going to appeal but they want a partial stay while the appeal works its way throught the courts. I note that DJT’s lawyers have until 10am Eastern Time to file their response.

  10. The stonewalling Trump appointed Judge allows him a Special Master:
    (1) to distinguish between Gov Documents and those between Trump and his Attorney
    (2) but Attorney lied to the Gov, as did Trump, committing felony contempt – and violated their subpoena
    (3) as is known, criminal conspiracy between any client-counsel is not protected under Attorney/Client Privilege
    (4) ERGO: any appointment of any special master is baseless and entirely moot !

    …drops mic, walks away

  11. There appears to be a very profound level of disparity in the perception of document value. On one hand, the documents generated at Mara Lago have the owners asking for a “Special Master” appointed to be certain ” personal, private” information is not discovered which may prove embarrassing. On the other hand, hundreds of government documents of the most sensitive nature, were hopefully locked up in a closet, and 50 or 60 empty folders are just misplaced in the mess. Hopefully we know who had access to the keys. If those missing folders are no longer accounted for, there could be a global impact, lives lost, covers blown, millions of dollars lost. This is a big deal……

    1. @Michelle Patterson Well Trump rides a broom and wears a pointed hat to cover his pointed head so I’d say they’re on the right on track then

  12. Motion for Declaratory Judgment:
    1) All claims of executive privilege must be asserted “PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF A PRESIDENT’S TERM OF OFFICE…”44 USC § 2204(a).
    2) All classified documents may only be declassified by a sitting president, 32 USC § 2001.
    3) The plaintiffs have not identified any of the seized documents that were properly declassified or subject to executive privilege during the term of presidency.
    4) Any attorney client documents dated past 1/20/21 that were seized in the boxes containing classified documents are evidence of improper storage and unauthorized access to the classified documents and are properly seized evidence of a crime(s) pursuant to 18 USC § 793.
    5) Any seized communications with attorneys in the employ of the US government while plaintiff was president are presidential documents within the sole possession of NARA pursuant to 44 USC § 2202.
    6) Any seized documents meeting the qualifications of 44 USC §§ 2201-2209 are the sole property of NARA.
    7) Since plaintiff has not identified any seized documents that are not exempted from Special Master Review pursuant to the findings above establishing the lack of plaintiff’s proprietary interest, the prior order for a special master is hereby withdrawn.
    8) Any seized communications between plaintiff and his private attorneys shall be redacted to the extent that the probative value can be minimally retained.
    9) Any seized tax documents that are the subject of a subpoena of AG James shall be delivered to AG James without delay.
    10) Where there are no other documents not covered by the JUDGMENT above, plaintiff’s motion for equitable relief is dismissed.

  13. It’s absurd to think someone’s right to privacy cannot be violated in order to not endanger national security / lives of American assets. Of course it can.

  14. Hey everybody look at the “Highly Classified” documents we don’t want you to see. The FBI is a special kind of special

  15. Shouldn’t there be a list, sort of a sign out sheet to show exactly what was being removed at the time of the so-called declassified material when leaving the Whitehouse to match the ones retrieved, that way there would be no need for a special master!!??
