This Fed Gov’s response is totally FUBAR. You can hear panic starting to edge into Trump’s voice. This is not because he is worried about us. He is worried about avoiding being blamed for what will prove to be the worst catastrophe to ever befall the country. All under his watch and directly the result of his decisions and false public statements.
Trump refuses to endorse CDC’s recommendations to issue stay-at-home order, wear masks in public, conduct mass testing. Is he trying to ensure more people become infected? Is he trying to destroy the entire social and economic structure of this country? He is doing a really good job of it, whether he is trying to or not.
Why is mass testing not a priority? How can we be better off not knowing how the virus is really spreading. Is this because Trump wants to keep the numbers low to help his re-election prospects?
