Other countries have also paused the J & J vaccine until they too have located all possible cases of blood clots, not just the few already known. Safety must always be the overriding issue as Dr Fauci says.

@Mott Hoople yes he did. He admitted it. He said the reason for the statement he made when he said not to wear masks last spring was because they didn’t want the existing mask supply to disappear leaving medical workers with none. He LIED. Just like when Nancy Pelosi told people its safe and “come join us….”and come to Chinatown in San Francisco around that same time.

@Mott Hoople – – – – Nice try but I think I will go with the 169 years of the New York Times investigative journalism and the fact they despise Trump and yet NYT gave credit to Trump and his Administration for Warp Speed to put us ahead of any other country in the speedy creation and distribution of the most effective COVID-19 vaccines and even the most craven Bidentard can’t change this reality. The article clearly provide incontrovertible evidence of the success of Trump Administration’s Warp Speed

Over 100 blood clot deaths. Tons in Europe. My neighbor is in a wheel chair for the rest of his life. Paralyzed form the Pfizer. You people are morons.

    • fauci said aids can be transferred thru normal contact also.

  2. People be smoking a pack per day and eating junk food daily and still be waiting to get the vaccine for fear of its harm

    • @Christian Roncesvalles 78% of hospitalizations were people that were either overweight or obese and the average age of death from COVID in the US is 82. I’m not an antivaxer. I also don’t think COVID is a hoax, but if we’ve either vaccinated the most vulnerable demographic or given them the option to be vaccinated there’s absolutely nothing wrong with relatively healthy people holding off on a vaccine for a virus that their immune system is likely just as effective at fighting off the virus efficiently as a vaccine that has killed people and left them with life altering side effects

Where did you hear Aaron and Hagler were killed by the vaccine?
How many planes would you fly on if there was a 1.5% chance that it would crash?
Do I have remind you that 561,000 have died of C19?

    • @The Chumps been dumped. I mean Hank Aaron died within a week of getting it and Hagler died within days

@Cody Goins and here i thought you couldn’t be dumber, for someone making such broad statements fringing between conspiracy and delusion, we’d love to see sources, and I mean credible sources not just from blog articles made by someone as crazy as you are

      @mike t
I’m not “shitting” on anyone, it’s a free world, if you don’t want to take it that’s 100% fine as long as you’re not endangering people with your other actions. I’ve seen what this virus can do and believe me, dying alone without your loved ones and with tubes rammed down your throat is not a good way to die. But it’s only a 1.5% chance you’ll die if you get it so feel free to spin the wheel and take your chance.

Speaking on ratings from the coronavirus pandemic, Chester said that the way the network covered the pandemic made some people inside the network essentially wish that the daily statistics were “higher,” an incentive structure he said was a “problem” because it was perverse in nature.

Chester said that part of the reason that the network covered the pandemic they way that they did was because “fear really drives numbers” and it “keeps you tuned in.”

Director Charlie Chester said CNN worked to get President Donald Trump out of office, that they create “propaganda,” and that they plan to use “fear” to advance their climate agenda.

“I think there’s an art to manipulation…Inflection, saying things twice — there’s little subtleties to how to manipulate people…I mean, it’s enough to change the world, you know?”

“Any reporter on CNN — what they’re actually doing is they’re telling the person what to say… It’s always like leading them in a direction before they even open their mouths. The only people that we [CNN] will let on the air, for the most part, are people that have a proven track record of taking the bait.”

    • @Mikki Mikki That’s fear mongering. I find it rather interesting that the Left is constantly spreading fears and misinformation. Yes, it may but being dead is more harmful that a vaccine.

  4. I can only imagine that IF J&J didn’t “pause” their vaccine the conversation could’ve easily been “why not take the time to pause and check the vaccine for any issues??”. This is a two edged sword dilemma.

    • @ANINA M Seeing you are such an expert on Vaccines, why don’t you turn your research skills to investigating the dangers of the female contraceptive pill,
paracetamol, the motor vehicle and guns.

@Reaperlastfm WHAT? Are you saying that 60% of the US population should stop spouting opinions? Yeah – probably.

    • @The_ Jackal So true MyhealthybodyMychoice

    • @Travis Collier Yes, Travis they have both been working on their Synthetic Gene Therapy Injections for years and have been used for Cancer Gene Therapy. But we can’t call it Gene Therapy because only the word VACCINE is protected under the No Liability Law which is “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in court for damages from vaccine related injury or death associated with the administration of a VACCINE.” the law doesn’t say Gene Therapy. and FDA has not approved them yet. hmmm

    • Travis Collier | April 14, 2021 at 10:38 PM | Reply

@The_ Jackal Something like 80% chance of protection against the current strains of COVID is nothing to scoff at… Of course I’m getting vaccinated (had my first BioNTech shot already).

But your “choice” affects everyone around you. If enough people get vaccinated, that protection goes up to near 100%.

If there are too many selfish and scared folks who can’t understand basic statistics, the rest of us only ever get that 80% protection and we face more and more variants the vaccines are less and less effective against (if we are lucky, the variants might be less deadly, so tiny possible silver lining to all the pointless deaths stacking up in the meantime).

It is called “public health” for a reason -_-

PS: This sort of situation happens in nature too. Non-human social animals also have to deal with the problem of freeloaders and other individuals who act in ways which harm the group. They aren’t very nice about it.

Message from my doctor was anyone who did not get vaccinated was crazy. He’s both a doctor and a lawyer. I believe my doctor rather than a tv show host.

    • So your doctor can defend himself after they find out the vaccine has side effects. Oh wait, they put that little clause in there stating they are not responsible. Sounds like your doctor/lawyer has his butt covered.

Something that doesn’t get asked enough nor addressed by the experts is that vaccinated people can still pass the virus on to others. This is why we still need to wear masks etc.

In Australia, a few of the people getting vaccinated with AstoZeneca vaccine are getting sometimes fatal bloodclots. It has been determined that this is with younger people whose immune system over reacts to the vaccine. Australia has decided not to use AstroZeneca for people under 50 years of age.
