    1. We’ll be fair – he was playing golf, watching morning joe & tweeting. That’s a lot of doing for a guy qualified to do bugger all.

    2. @C J yep! We will have to start all over in the fall or let a lot of people die in December, January, February and March. No plan just ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ ‘Wishes’ and ‘nuts’. Get your flu shots early.

  1. Trump had never declare closing American economy, why suddenly he is talking about reopening?

    1. @denise lewis well his magats will certainly go to rallies… I say let ’em. just don’t televise them, or televise them on delay so they can be instantly fact checked… not that his magats believe facts.

    2. Simple, his Russian Investors are getting very worried that their money that’s tied up in Golf Courses, Wineries & Luxury Hotels isn’t very safe

    3. 👎😄🤷🏼‍♀️bcuz 45s an officially fact checked bullsh#ter who likes to pretend no one knows

    4. Sadly, I‘ve found I have to listen to Trump’s speeches directly — not through media analysis. It’s only then that I realize his contradictions. IMO: Trump’s “kind-of-leadership” is the basis of the confused unrest and protesting in our country.

  2. I would be very leary of any numbers coming from any Republican state as being deliberately false and misleading

    1. @M Murase my dad lives in az, and just 2 days ago was spouting the faux noise bs that… nobody’s really dying.

    2. @Bennie Crawford …do you sincerely believe that the numbers are higher in Texas? Not arguing, just curious to know more.

    3. Media in any Republican controlled state must check the obituaries – those will tell the truth. We know what annual averages are for deaths from certain diseases, accidents and “natural causes a/k/a old age” and it will JUMP out when the obituaries triple or quadruple. Statisticians can probably quickly detect the “excess deaths” and many of them will be attributable to COVID-19, even if the deceased are NEVER tested or autopsied for cause of death or the death certificate outright lies about it.

  3. I don’t think the US needs everyone in matching gray unisex jumpsuits acting as a single hive mind, but we could at least all be on the same rational page like Dr. Faucci and Dr. Gottleib.

  4. And guess what? Both Georgia and Florida received discriminatory help from Agent Orange. What a surprise.

    1. And potentially lethal for those who are false negatives as well as those to whom they are spreading the virus.

    2. The rapid test has more false negatives, but overall is good. What that means is we redouble our efforts take get better testing. Cost, speed, and accuracy are all components. We need to use the tools we have now until something better comes along.

  5. US has experts like is available,
yet we’re forsed to listen to Trump
almost daily spouting off on Trump’s plan to put US in harms way to boost up “Trump’s Economy”.

  6. 3:00
    boss: “c’mon everybody… let’s all spit in a cup..”.
me: “I’ll be working from home… good luck with this whole spit party thing..”.

    1. marquis de queensbury hehe I haven’t bought any cups from Amazon but that thanks- it’s the thought that counts

    2. @Slideshow Bob can this thread get any more stupid? What’s next this discussion moves to how to test for chicken pox? Anyone with half a brain knows you need a blood test for HIV…Trump drones don’t ya love ’em

    3. @Markus Stewart ..the method of testing HIV requires blood because LARGER volumes can be collected!!!! —- ever try to collect 6.00 cc of saliva in a cup?….I bet you don’t even know what a “cc” is. Drawing blood is the standard for most viruses — Example: even though the Herpes virus can be detected by swabbing mucous-filled blisters from your crotch, they can also draw your blood and get the same results. Geeeez!

  7. Why do these people, especially an expert, continue to say “I hope there’ll be a seasonal effect” when there seems to be strong evidence that that’s NOT the case and there’s no reason to be hopeful of that? Are they just pandering tp placate trump?

    1. Chris Foley -Absolutely! Especially since, there is factual evidence to the contrary. Absolute rubbish, when there are countries, with much hotter and humid climates, with widespread COVID cases. The potus hoped it would magically disappear in April, that didn’t happen. Now, they only want to count COVID positive patients that are hospitalized. I understood, when they wanted to change the matrix of counting COVID deaths, to exclude those who did not have a positive test, and those who didn’t expire as a result of COVID (meaning their underlying conditions or comorbid conditions weren’t exacerbated by COVID). But, this is getting ridiculous. I hope, for Americans sake, they find a way to survive COVID, despite their leadership.

  8. We all know that Trump just wants to golf and watch TV and he’s told us he feels no responsibility for America.

    1. @MsLeeia Well that was a stupid thing to use to try to prove anything. There are many tests. Some are better than others. Some are out right frauds. Tests that are not frauds, when they give a positive for the virus they are very accurate. But when they give a negative there is a higher chance of that being wrong. It is the nature of these tests. Some kinds of tests will have more false negatives than others. Training of personnel. I feel I should not have to be telling a nurse this. I hope you are not working near where I live.

    2. @Randy Phillips I know about false positives , and I used that to show it can say you are positive when you aren’t and that’s dangerous because then you’ll end up in isolation whih5 that whol5 thing is a set up

    3. @MsLeeia I never said a false positive will not happen. It is not common. If it is common where you work you need another work place. There will always be errors. In a good test those will be low.

    4. @Randy Phillips well randy pansy…arent you a smart feller. So positive is accurate and negative is not…lol
Dumb dumb dumb. What happened Americans??? Do you possess any thinking skills?

  9. THAT MAKES SENSE THAT TRUMP AND HIS WHITE HOUSE WANT THE QUICKEST TEST,.. FIVE TO FIFTEEN MINTUES. THEY ARE CONCERNED OF THE TIME NOT IF THE TEST IS MORE SENSITIVE AND RELIABLE.. SHOWS ME HOW CONCERNED TRUMP IS OF HIS OWN ADMINISTRATION., AND THERE SAFETY. LAUGHABLE AND DISGRACEFUL..

  10. If USA dsoes not adopt Universal Health Care, then the uninsured will alaways be a source of Corona

    1. The guy gave a good explanation that symptomatic negative or asymptomatic positive would result in a second test. Hospitals don’t have enough tests to give asymptomatic people who are being admitted to the hospital and if there is any chance they have the virus they are put into isolation without a test and family are not allowed to see them. If hospitals are doing this because they don’t have tests the wide spread even weekly spot checking (randomly testing a certain percentage of workers) at work places nationally. Random spot checks nationally is best case, I doubt they ever will be much tracing.

    2. Steve Walker Sadly, the USA had a chance long ago to do universal health care, like other developed countries. But they choose not to make that a priority. Under Trump, I am afraid the USA, will be a third world country. Maybe now too late, this virus is going rampant. Further shut downs coming. People dying. Trump must be voted out, if there is ever a hope to heal and repair. The next president is going to have his hands full trying to bring back prosperity and trust and undo damage. Today, people protest with semi automatic guns, defying orders put there to try and protect them. They feel justified under that president. The worst part there are no consequences. It is a scary time.

    3. I’m uninsured, but I have more than 2 years of college and studied respiratory therapy. I know how to disinfect my shoes, my clothes, my hands, and my car better than the average person. So, you might want to rethink that thought. Uneducated people with or without insurance will be a far better suited to becoming infected. They don’t understand how disease spreads. Personally, I took microbiology in school. Did you?

  11. The former head of the FDA was being honest when he referred to Americans as “consumers”.
That’s how corporate controlled government agencies operate these days…save the public but make a big profit for Big Pharma.
Why is no one in the medical community really pushing an anti-inflammatory diet/lifestyle as a preventative measure since this disease seems to impact people with those conditions the most?
If vaccines and drugs were the answer to everything you would think Americans would be healthier and our life spans would be getting longer not shorter.

  12. EVERYONE IS SCARED OF THE SOOO CALLED PRESIDENT TRUMP AND WONT TELL THE TRUTH !!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 DR FAUCI FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH !!! GOD BLESS AMERICA !!

    1. cato says … twentyfifth before twentyone. … much love from partly lockdown berlin stay well and safe one n all Leo, Julia n j.

    2. Fauci has been wrong every step of the way.
Also, why did Fauci grant a Wuhan lab $3.5 million in 2015 after such grants were banned in 2014?
We have drugs that are 98% effective. Why are politicians telling doctors hat to prescribe? Do you want a politician ,with no medical experience , controlling your health?

    1. Me neither not a good risk benefit situation, we will ride the back of the herd on this experiment.

    2. @Catherine Bullock How is it not a good risk/benefit? Did you also hold your kid back from college during swine flu

  13. Imagine if we had locked down in January or February. Many lives saved and trillions saved. Elections have consequences.

    1. Dan Hall You mean cancel the NFL playoffs and Super Bowl because a couple of people had gotten sick with a new coronavirus?

  14. “is there a specific test that you think should be used in the White House?” Yes a psychopathy would be helpful along with some covid 19 stuff too.

    1. That’s right because Dr.Fauci has done nothing but lie and under mind your great leader genius in the science field!

  15. Remember when Jared Kushner said “that equipment is ours” and the governors had to bid each other out for equipment….
