There were three waves. The first wave happened until April 2020. The second wave happened from May 2020 to October 2020. The last wave started in November 2020. During the last wave, the U.S. has had similar numbers to Europe. But during the second wave, 100,000 people died in the U.S. as compared to 10,000 in Western Europe (same number of population). This happened because Trump kept telling people to open up public life, that Covid19 wasn’t all that bad, that wearing masks was pointless, all the while KNOWING that this was all false.

Some broad generalizations you made there. Which countries do you include in Western europe? What is their exact population? why is there such a difference between each of the countries and their own mortality rates in Western europe? Sounds like you’re putting out a bunch of propaganda… You are painting with a broad brush as well as slicing with a razor… There are a multitude of factors and reasons why a country would have a specific death rate etc. Age of population, living arrangements of the population, the direction of their leadership of course, and all the factors that you forget that I can go on and on and on about.
