On Friday July 21st, 2017, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Hon. Gaston Browne handed over the Chairmanship of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Monetary Council to Dominica's Prime Minister Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit during a ceremony at the State House in Roseau, Dominica.
