  1. It works both ways guy. It also has to be someone who raises their hand and not just sit there waiting to be asked anything.

    1. It’s been the case for hundreds of years so let’s add some representation, however, all others who lack in melanin seems to be agressive in tribalism – pulling up their own kind and strengthening their own communities. When blacks progress, it appears that all others progress simultaneously….but we shall see where this goes… LoveLove

    2. @Gwendolyn Hinson Biden has been adding a lot of diversity, which is GREAT as long as the main goal is to hire qualified people. The Asian Senators were talking about disqualifying people simply because of race. That is not acceptable. They shouldn’t be disqualified or qualified solely based on that reason.

  2. On a dark and stormy night the Ship of State limped into port while, on Pier 13, informed sources declined comment.

  3. These are dangerous games being played.
Labeling someone’s worth or necessity based on their skin color…
Devaluing and disregarding merit and ability in favor of racial identity…
    This creates GRIEVANCE. Justified grievance.

    1. In a country with 330 million people, I’m pretty sure they can find someone meritorious of any skin color if they really want to.

    2. @Constituent A If we want Biden’s cabinet to reflect America, it should be 76% white, 18% Latino, 13% Black, & 6% Asian.
      IT DEFINITELY IS NOT! INJUSTICE!!!!
      I wants white reparation$!
Mo Money Mo Money Mo Money!!!!

  4. So, Biden bowing down to these two crazed, liberal Senators, and then he changes course— that doesn’t give you pause for the next time some radical goon threatens a vote?

  5. Hire the right person, the most qualified, the best.
We can clearly see the pit falls of hiring by skin color rather than merit. If Duckworth and Hirono are poor examples, we must find some one of merit, to replace these two racist sobs.

  6. A liason would be a nice inclusion…for now. Something is better than nothing as long as whoever it is has a voice and is qualified to be a good representative for the Asian-American communities while also being allowed to be at the table for Cabinet meetings AND allowed input.

  7. So why not speak up before ? We are in pandemic and holding up the cabinet appointments for what ? There are other ways to be heard without holding people hostage
