Sorry my team pnp we lost terrible to the jlp I even lost my seat here in Manchester central let’s just face it like grown ups people’s national party have to wheel and come again and Dr Phillips need to step down and give it to someone more young and humble competent enough to manage this country

Sorry you saw it this way, both political parties could only muster 37 percent of the votes, it goes to show that the majority of Jamaicans have lost faith in the political process.

  2. Delano look at you JLP. all the way up up 49/13 up my party

A parliamentary majority of 45 seats backed by a small percentage of the voting public, what a political disgrace, 37 percent, 63 percent of Jamaicans don’t believe.

This is first time in Jamaica’s history that the people have finally won an election 63 percent of the electorate did not vote, that means the SILENT MAJORITY are the winners with no parliament.
Between the two criminal organization that masquerade as government, they could only muster 37 percent of the votes.
This is an indictment on both political parties.

  4. I Like watching Tvj smile Jamaica Every Day.

I believe that with the People’s national party losing the election there has to be a restructuring with greater accountability and responsibility to the general public. In my opinion I think they need to understand that the demographic has changed and many of the voters are millennials and their expectations are more defined. There needs to be more transparency and unity. The party’s vision should be tweeked to include their core values and use that as their platform. Also they must address the needs of the people.
