  1. Thank God for justice for this young man. My condolences to this family. May God continue to bless and strengthen this family. 🙏 💐

  2. Whichever Karen or Ken called to report a “suspicious person” that night will hopefully get a special pit of eternal hellfire made especially for them by Jesus Christ himself!!!!

    1. @Brian Jones Are you still laughing because those criminals police officers are going to prison. Don’t drop the soap on hope.

  3. This was the most heinous murder that I’ve heard about over the last two years. I pray to God that his memory and his family get justice and that this NEVER happens again.

  4. Anybody who isn’t a monster would understand the basis for bringing charges but naturally the police union has to blindly decry grand jury, regardless of how this only further cements the public’s distaste for their callousness.

  5. I hope justice is actually served. Without the incriminating video we had of Chauvin on George Floyd, I’m not sure of a conviction, but them actually being charged in this heinous murder is a step in the right direction.

    1. *Biden prevents Drone from stopping Kabul Bombing and Saving American Lives*

_Former Deputy Asst. Sec. of Defense for Western Hemisphere Affairs_ *Roger Pardo-Maurer* said we knew where + when the bombing would happen, but that we even had a Predator drone lock on the bomber, but that “they” refused to grant permission to take the guy out.

_“[Permission] was requested and was denied. Because we are in this process of negotiating with the Taliban who aren’t even in control of their own government or their own people.”_

  6. We must do away with qualified immunity. We had a man choked to death for selling individual cigarettes, another for passing a phony $20 bill, and this young man, choked to death for nothing. Police clearly feel they can do what they want and face no risk.

    1. COLORADO did away with qualified immunity more than a year ago but as far as I know it only for police but I I hope it’s for all government agents. Cause it violates equal protection of law. So if they can’t be prosecuted than neither can you. But judges are corrupt the whole system needs to be abolished and many of these people need to be imprisoned and hung for treason.

    2. We are ALL AT RISK. BECAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW OUR RIGHTS AND THE TRUE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. WE ARE ALL SUBJECT TO THE PENAL CODE WHICH IS NOT LAW. please, white black, brown, yellow whatever, go check out high frequency radio channel

    1. @Brian Jones Forget any notions you might have about “Democrats” and “leftist views” just for a moment. How do you know that Elijah wasn’t a sweet kid? How do you know that THOSE cops and paramedics weren’t monsters? Don’t monsters disguise themselves under every kind of occupation and activity?

  7. After releasing that polices statement it is clear that the whole Aurora police department needs to be reformed.

TIme to fire the top brass at that police police department because it is clear corruption has taken over that department.

    1. That’s how it’s always been in our world. One step closer to end this nightmare. Also this never shoud have happen in the first place.

  8. Resisting arrest? Resisting arrest for? What crime was he going to be placed under arrest for prior to the “resistance”? Is suspicious a misdemeanor or a felony?

  9. Seriously. Tears, every time I see a video about Elijah. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!! That poor young man, guilty of wearing a hoodie while black (because he was always cold). My thoughts and my prayers are with Elijah’s loved ones. 😢💙✊

  10. I have cried bullet sized tears for this kid… I’m familiar with the Aurora, CO police, and this is no joke. JOY!!! Please tell America what’s up!! I had no idea you were from CO

  11. These people who caused this young man all should be in prison for murder as well as fired and law suit against them.

  12. This was the case that changed me forever. Elijah was nothing to those cops except another n’ to entertain their selves with on a warm evening. He said ‘I am heading home; my house is right there,’ but they couldn’t resist putting their hands on him. And no doubt they got great pleasure out of Elijah’s panic and, ultimately, his timid and respectful pleas for his life.
