Clearly hospitals scheduled non essential operations in so large numbers that they wont have rooms to the people , when that would not at all open them for law suits .
In real world there is even cancelations of cancer screening and operations , when hospitals cant take people in due to Covid 19 .
They will believe it if and when they are hooked up to a ventilator, not much short of that.
