Ex-Ottawa police chief heard ‘freedom convoy’ would be ‘weekend event’ | Emergencies Act hearings

Former Ottawa police chief Peter Sloly testified at the Emergencies Act public hearings that briefings he received from his chain of command leading up to the ‘freedom convoy’ suggested it would only last a weekend.

  1. Before they even arrived It was public knowledge they would be willing to stay until all mandates where lifted, requesting an audience with any elected Gov official, which was never met. What did you expect to happen?
