I don’t think Trump supporters put their lives in danger for Trump and I don’t think they believe everything he says either. Trump gave his supporters an order? What order was that? I don’t get the impression at all from Republicans that they are starting to see how wrong they were about Trump. Quite the reverse, most of them are missing his American first attitude. I don’t know how anyone would want a president who puts America last.
In the last election, it was a choice between a candidate who is pro-life, and pro-peace, and a candidate who is pro-choice, and has voted in favor of every war in his long career. Now if you want to tell me what is more important than the conservation of human life, be my guest. That alone is enough for a reasonable person to vote for the first candidate, regardless of any other criticism. No one is claiming Trump is a saint, or is morally superior, or always tells the truth and none of those qualities apply to Biden either. I suppose it’s possible you could be right in saying Trump doesn’t care if I drop dead, but he clearly cares more about human life than the other choice, so it’s a fair bet he cares more about all of our lives more than Biden does.
If you are going to look at Trump’s background critically, a reasonable person would want to look at Biden’s background too. When I find out more about Trump it’s never enough to make him sound worse than Biden. Every time I find out more about Biden it makes me more convinced he is a very nasty piece of work.
