    1. It’s so funny these journalist are crying ..May be a good IDEA ..would be is ..
Ban all Listed News Media business and Registered Journalist from using “Facebook , Twitter , Youtube , Google .. etc all online platforms ..”GO BACK TO THEIR PAPER NEWS / TV ..) separate the two “ONLINE – PAPER ” ( I bet they would not that Rule /Idea)

  1. Deleting Facebook is the only way Zuckerberg will stop profiting off misinformation. Everyone has the right to say what they believe in, but giving political entities a worldwide platform to INTENTIONALLY spread falsehood is just plain wrong.

    1. Problem with deleting Facebook is everyone’s closest friends and family don’t want to text or call anymore. Email is almost dead. 🤷‍♂️

    2. Social media platforms should not be allowed to have ANY political content. ANY. Good, bad, true, lie – NONE. Use it for your dog pictures. Show off your backyard. Talk about recipes. But NO politics. No political ads of any kind. No accounts for politicians of ANY party. Free speech about anything, but NO POLITICAL CONTENT

    1. The ability to manipulate people and their views has become an overwhelming problem with social media and most people don’t even see it coming when it is happens. FB is a prime example of this! Very dangerous.

    3. As consumers/users of facebook most fail to own and exercise their power …making Zuckerberg appear to be more powerful..

    1. I live one mile from Facebook, and I hate it. People need to wake up about putting their life on Facebook.

  2. He’s not defending the right to free speech, he is defending the right to lie and cheat. he defends his right to distribute these lies without consequence. He is not very honorable. #delete facebook

  3. Zuckerberg: “We are for freedom of speech”

Student journalists: …. (Not freely allowed to ask follow-up questions of the prearranged questions)

    2. @Web Grep i really don’t see the connection, sir.
And what you speak of is the opposite of freedom of speech.
That is so out of context… 🤦🏾‍♂️

    3. @Julian Sanchez Harris Hi Julian ..thanks for question .The connection .. I see USA has huge influence thought out the world , with troop /CIA /FBI .. The Middle East is NOT USA LAND ..Not their people either ..in other words ..”How would you like some one on your land shooting at you .. ??? USA should stay a protect Americans .. They are also part of 5Eyes .( I am a 58year old Australian . Data Scientist / Work for 5Eyes/CyberSec ASIO Intel /Pedophile Div/ ..)

    4. @Web Grep again…
That is a legit reasoning, but totally out of context.
Like, its like i speak of apples, then u speak of apple looking pears only to jump to oranges. 😅

Speaking of Oranges, What happened in Syria is good in sense of “America will not meddle anymore”, but so poorly executed that now, in a near future, they will have no choice but to meddle either way unless they want a risk of facing lethal reprecussions in the aftermath….
Not only is Isis back but now also the kurds feel the betrayal and will gain hatred towards america.
What happen was nothing but a failure, no matter the goal.

  4. FB is a propaganda machine available to the highest bidder regardless of morals or ethical considerations. It’s always about money – YOU are the product on Facebook, like it or not.

    1. In a closed society where everybody’s guilty, the only crime is getting caught. In a world of thieves, the only final sin is stupidity. – Hunter Thompson

    1. @Squirlly Squirl Well….I deleted mine 3 times! 🙂 Probably one of those times was before the time you did? Maybe?? People keep tricking me to get back on, and then I delete it all…

    2. @fredy gump LOL I didnt say my comment to one up yours, although I guess it does sound like it though. I got rid of mine when I realized as private as I am, they still managed to cater the ads to my liking and personalized. I knew then it was time to go because its a one sided thing. I am NOT a guineapig. When Mark and other top employees divulge personal facts about themselves and such, then maybe, but until then … no thanks!

    3. @fredy gump Yes thats why I did the LOL at the start of my previous comment. LOL
So much crap happening every single day, most of it recent which makes you wonder what HASNT been uncovered yet! Notice there’s not many trolls around here last few days? Atleast now WE get the last laugh!

  5. This man was a liar as a British politician. No change now that he is a “face for hirer” in the commercial world.

  6. Nivk Clegg, One of the most sanctimonious liars in modern British politics is working for Facebook. That figures.

  7. This issue is not freedom of speech it’s about being held libel for their content just like the rest of the media.

  8. Zuckerberg is complicit, as well as, inconsistent with his policies. Valueless
    Morally Bankrupt- like Trump
