  1. If the Michigan legislators have refused to be pressured then the integrity of Americans has been upheld. But the danger still remains.

    1. @Amy The electors do not decide anything. They have to vote according to the will of the people, that is the law and mandated by the Constitution. If they do not follow the law of the state they represent, they will be replaced.

Yes, it is not 100% official until Congress accepts the electoral votes but the writing is clearly on the wall and we’ve never had a person behave as stupidly as Trump has. The media has always projected a winner and they’ve never been wrong at this level: Biden has a huge unsurmountable lead in multiple states.

    2. @No One they cant find evidence without an audit and they cant do an audit without showing the irregularities of which there have been many reported and they have hundreds of sworn afadavits so there must be an audit and as for the rest to my knowledge trumps lawsuits are technicialy seperate from his allies lawsuits

    1. @Febin Sam we have had nothing from the domocrats four years! Let them take over! Bunch of socialist, Communist dictators! They will never be happy. Just watch they will be at each other’s throats before you know it! Cause it’s easy not to take responsibility and just blame it on somebody else! You heard what shumer said, ” we take Georgia then we take the rest of America!” Those have been his life long dreams and Biden too. Joe dementia knows alot of ” they gonna put you back in chains!” Are we going back or what?!

    1. @Jack Wheeler isn’t it? Who is going to stop them from coming and staying until pass to citizenship again? ICE? I believe Reagan gave citizenships to 8 million or so and now it more likely 20 million not 12.
Pay attention to the news in Mexico and Central America more ppl are getting ready to come right after inauguration. do you know how many illegals are collecting unemployment and Covid relief here in CA?
P.S. which side of DEMs will get their way? Squad and mob. Remember demonstrations for illegals with ACLU lawyers?

    2. @jamie farrahi The ACLU is an organization dedicated to protecting the Bill of Rights so they’re ok in my book. As for people coming here let’s not forget our intervention in central and South America has caused the conditions causing people to flee in the first place. It’s only fair we take them in now.

    1. @Mark Oakley
It’s not just the Chinese, Gates already had the patent registered, was linked to the Wuhan research, has been actively engaged in facilitating path ways towards the evolution of global compulsory vaccination, only compulsory vaccine should be truth serum for all politicians and pharmaceutical stakeholders..!
China already had global domination in the bag, China didn’t need the plandemic to expand their market domination, though given that opportunity, of course it’s being exploited…
As always, follow the money to identify the culprits of the crime..!
It’s globalist corporate market control and IMF-NWO-UN A4 pyramid scheme that’s been planned out to the finest detail over decades..!

    2. @Caerau Park
Biden’s open public declarations are enough to reach a conviction before a Jury, the evidence will be the cherry on top so his legal defense team can’t argue it were just mumbling’s from a docile old man who’s a walking talking stroke patient..!

    3. @Billy Joyner
Have the weekend of as a matter of fact, global politics in motion is like a hoard of hungry pre-school children in a sandbox with one chocolate chip cup cake between them..!
The future of our children and their children is fast spiraling into a bottomless abyss..!

    1. People need to really take a look around and see who’s actually for them, and I guarantee it’s more likely to be your neighbor than either Trump or Biden, or any of these egotistical politicians paid by elites that want to control your lives one way or another. Both parties are fighting to be controlled a certain way, and everyone is so blind fighting each other, they can’t see the wolf approaching.

    2. @Hawi Jack Can you site the case law this alleged republican court ruled on? lol no, because it doesn’t exist. You’re referring to California vs UP from around 1880. But you don’t have a clue what your’e talking about so you’re just throwing crap in. Nice!

    3. @pullt But that’s not precedent, all of these cases were determined from a California vs UP case in the 19th century. It’s been years since I read about it but basically California wanted to charge UP more, but UP argued it wasn’t fair and allthough the judge ruled against UP, in the preamble his words were (paraphrasing) “there’s question about whether corporations have equal protection the same citizens which we know they do.” – that’s it, that’s where the crack you’re referring to began. However, I do not believe that applies to Hobby Lobby case. If you don’t believe in religious freedom, then you disagree with Hobby Lobby case – but then I don’t know what to tell you. If I own a business and don’t want to pay for contraceptives because it goes against my religion, I shouldn’t have to. Do you not believe in free speech? Are you one of those people that say “men can’t have babies” is violent hate speech and should be a crime? If so, then yeah we aren’t going to agree on anything.

You could argue that if corporations are indeed going to have the same protections, they shouldn’t be able to be bought and sold – because people cannot be bought and sold. But you’re arguing something more sinister.

What you’re purporting is that citizens shouldn’t have property rights. And that’s immoral in my opinion. You, nor the government have a right to tell me how to run my business.

Why do you think you have a right to tell me that I must pay for my employees contraceptives?

    1. What like Jeff Baiso or Mark Zuckerberg just to change laws on business or internet so they have 0% restrictions for there company or laws that only seem to cripple the other companies?

    2. @Stan Wilson so you admit that blm and antifa did all of that stuff? How is it Trumps fault that hes a republican and they are not republicans? The only way to please them would be to bend down to them and lick their boots. They wanted white people to kneel to them for fucking reparations.

You dont tolerate that type of person, you either throw them in jail or shoot them. Can’t have anarchists running around.

    3. @Stan Wilson You are blaming Trump for what his leftarded enemies have done. Amazing what commie brains can come up with.

  2. Citizens United has killed the Golden Goose. Allowing dark money in politics has poisoned the well. Big money influence is a corrupting influence.

    1. It pretty much just put corporations in the same playing field as the Unions, who always used membership dues to push their preferred candidate. If you think dark money hasn’t always and won’t always be a part of politics you haven’t been paying attention. There is a reason rich people spend millions of dollars to be elected to an office that pays $100,000 per year and it isn’t a sense of civic duty.

  3. ive been saying this for 4 years..im glad to hear someone else say it.

the constitution failed. there is no consideration for a leader who does not have decent morals. this isnt just rhetoric, its fact. there is nothing in the constitution that forces parties to assure decency.
part of that is ‘what is decent?’. but everytime Trump came up against the ‘decency test’ he failed and took the ‘its not expressly illegal’ path instead.
he actually thinks hes clever. He doesnt realise that his ‘cleverness’ is actually ‘ignorance’ in that he doesnt, and never did respect the constitution but rather saw it as something he had to get around.
This will happen again in the USA if the 45th POTUS period isnt learnt from and legal and const safeguards arent put in place.
Trump has proven that a POTUS can bypass decency and the laws of the land, if he/she chooses to.

    1. @Jules Nagbunga also i trusted trump fully, still do. He upholds conservative ideals, he is a constitutionalist and wants to drain the swamp, hes ideal for us.

    2. @Tanya Degurechaff Tanya, go feed the hogs, the chickens, and your sibling partner. Try to calm down by strumming your banjo and don’t forget to take the occasional swig from your jug of moonshine. There now, isn’t that better?

    3. That is not at all true. James Madison specifically wanted a balance of power in government because he had a dim view of human nature. The founding fathers were not naive. There have always been garbage bags like Trump seeking political power. The problem is that the balance broke down when Republicans in the Senate did not hold Trump in check. They conspired with the corrupt executive branch. That left only the judiciary branch to hold the government in check. That is why Trump along with Republicans have been so busy stacking the courts with conservative judges. They want to defeat that last check.

    4. @chansetwo How did republicans in the senate not hold Trump in check? Because they require evidence to impeach?

    1. @Tanya Degurechaff Trump’s $20K per diem lead attorney stood in the well of a federal court room a few days ago and admitted that his clients were NOT pleading fraud in the original complaint or in any subsequent or amended complaint.
If you have reliable, credible, objective and verifiable evidence of fraud, why haven’t you delivered it to Gulliani? He needs some evidence to avoid another catastrophic appearance in a court room.

    2. @C Grey lmao, you are actually braindead.
If you want people who have already been prosecuted for election fraud to prove that it has been happening then here https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud

and over 90% of people who commit election fraud are never prosecuted.

Btw is breaking your states constitution and breaking the voting laws considered not fraudulent? Gavin Newson’s executive order to send letter ballots to every person in state was ruled illegal by the courts. He made it extremely easy for people to commit election fraud. There is a few verifiable examples of voter fraud for you if you wont believe anything else.

  4. 5. We have a weak democracy dependent on norms rather than solid laws governing the behavior of politicians !!! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED, NOW

  6. The GOP has been leading AMERICA down this road for generations…Corruption is the root of all of this…both Rs and Ds…

  7. You are you watching a Muslim and a Black with accent teaching American abut your constitution. What happened to America
