  1. It’s nice to state goals. But I don’t see the government plowing tons of money into research and development or building nuclear plants.

  2. Sounds like a Nightmare. It’s 2030. I have no privacy, No FREEDOM, I own nothing, and couldn’t be Happier. YOU THINK I’M JOKING?

    1. @BeetleVase why would he think that? Is that different than thinking the universe is flat? Many scientists accept that we are living in a 2d hologram. Why don’t you accept that?

    1. I got a laugh out of that. But I doubt it very much. This is their ideology. It’s more like a work camp if you don’t agree with them thing.

    1. Renewables are actually cheaper over the length of investment. This will be beneficial to the economy, just not Alberta. If Alberta took the time and expert’s advice over the last 40 years saying to diversify their economic portfolio.

    1. Most provinces already have enough nuclear power generation plants that will be needed for the buffer between renewables for the next 100 years of growth.

  3. I just want to know what is this magic fuel or energy that doesn’t come from natural resources such as even mining minerals for batteries that solar and wind power need to store the energy from their sources of green energy

    1. Reverse pumped hydro comes pretty close recharged with off peak wind powered electricity like on windy winter nights.

  4. The Great Regret. The parasite class has no interest in the health of the planet. No property or privacy for you. And you’ll be happy.

  5. It’s our job to use the fossil fuel deposits to terraform the planet so carbon is expelled for life to grow more lusciously.
We are all carbon based life forms, trees etc. We require carbon to live and we change oxygen into carbon. Carbon is life !!

  6. Not quite sure how agriculture, construction, shipping/trucking could ever accomplish this. Sounds like a half smoked pipe dream to me.
