Charter does not exist in state of emergencies. The government actually doesn’t need to consider any of your charter rights during this time. That’s extremely terrifying.

So with restaurants we could only do outdoor dining because it was safer than being indoors…Now it’s safer to be indoors as long as it’s after 8 pm? This isn’t about Covid folks.
