When a couple of your core tenants are suppression and division of the masses and keeping yourself in power and wealth above all else, do you really think the Republican party cares too much that they’re being labeled as corrupt? They want and need a kingship. They need 8 years of twisting and corrupting the system beyond repair so they can turn the presidency into a kingship so nobody can challenge or unseat them, and by doing so if Trump gets his way, it’ll be a dictatorship.

I’m not hyping this fact. I received a copy of a letter today written to their Democrat Senator from a dedicated registered Democrat explaining why they switched to President Trump. If this letter represents those who nervously voted Hillary then the Democrats really do have something to worry about. The core of this letter was to do with the Democrats witch hunt while neglecting their oath of office. Democrat senators and congressman reached out to their constituents explaining why they support impeachment. That was a big mistake. This particular Democrat Senator won by a narrow margin. I predict they will lose their seat.
The GOP is fill of cowards and pathetic selfcentred individuals. If there was any moral or patriotic heart of the GOP it died with John McCain. Sad.

@Tracy Alan I am one of those Veterans! ( An Independent Voting Democrat). Trump supposedly helped the VA, but I see it as having gotten worse. I am now a nurse at a VA Emergency room and see Veterans dropping daily from the ‘trump train’.
@RAW ETERNITY Actually, what it is going to take is for We the People to join in the ongoing work to eliminate the poison intrusion of Big $ upon our elections/govt. This is the causative factor in all our most difficult challenges. Overturning Citizens United, restoring properly drawn district maps to end the widespread gerrymandering, an un-American impediment to our votes and the Will of the People, Campaign Finance and Election Reforms. We are the only large nation remaining that has not outlawed voting machines due to their frequent malfunctioning and ease of hacking. Turns out, hand marked, not hole punched, paper ballots are the most accurate, most tamper resistant and least costly method. We can each choose something to work on, and ask our friends and families to do the same. Such civilized, civic action does not require vast amounts of time, or even any $. We must reclaim our rightful place in our govt.of, for and by the People.

I think the Republicans believing they have to remain loyal to trump to hang onto their jobs have flawed thinking. i watched the whole Ron Johnson interview yesterday. He so reminded me of that scary man i watched as a small child. His fellow Wisconsinite Joe McCarthy was also a lunatic. I have the most sincere desire that Mr. Johnson makes a full recovery and returns to sanity.
