Jerry clearly abandoned the plan. There is someone pointing in alarm from the House Managers table and Jeffries clearly looks surprised. Not sure what the strife is between Nadler/Schiff, but Nadler was in an irritated mood all day. What an embarrassing lot.

@beavis4play I think what happened is the House Manager team admonished Jerry for insulting the senate the other day, so the plan was for Schiff to handle the bulk of questions. I was watching Nadler for much of the hearing and he seemed to be in a foul mood. Jerry and Adam are not getting along.
@Big PP – i noticed that too – after nadler insulted the senate, he hasn’t been heard from. and he clearly looks frustrated when he gets to the podium.
@beavis4play and now hes not at the trial for closing arguments. The official reason is that he is with his sick wife but off the record he has been kicked off the house manager impeachment team for hot shotting schiff

You could see it when Nadler was the last House Manager to enter the Senate Chamber. He was visibly upset. And all day, when he sat at the manager’s table. You could see it in his face. And then, Jerry made his move. Someone said it was the fastest Jerry ever moved.
