I’m not surprised by this. There seems to be some sort of coverup surrounding covid.
According to USA Today, 171 people in Florida tested positive for the virus in Jan/Feb, much earlier than the previous date of Mar 1. The first case was on Jan 1, but was not officially recorded till Apr 8.

After this was leaked out, they went back and removed the covid data from their servers
Not only was this the first warrant this judge had signed, he was appointed by DeSantis. Also odd a civil court judge would be signing a criminal case warrant. Should file a complaint with the Florida bar about him as well.
