The governor caved because there was about to be an emergency decision in front of the court because the governor was being sued for not calling for a lock down. Just over an hour before coming before the judge he decided on the stay at home order.

A judge cannot order a lock down. but counties can implement there plan. a judge can rule against a lockdown only at state supreme court level or federal courts. but they cannot force a sitting governor to write a law. the lawsuit can force the state Senate into a session to force a law.

Stand back for a second and look at it. He couldn’t just come in day 1 and say the fed is useless and why do we need them to attach interest to our loans?

Why should our government pay interest on loans of currency that was generated out of thin air to begin with?
Now you might ask yourself, why did congress in 1913 give away their right to generate their own money (interest free) to the central banks.
