But with all due respect, Dr. Gottleib, (and I do have the utmost respect for him) different quality of leadership IS a qualifying factor that also be considered into the equation.
Gottlieb has been one of the best right from day 1 with great explanations and factual information. And yes, Biden and his team of top experts has made a great difference as well.

The US is producing a massive amount of vaccine supplies already. I think the challenge is actually getting people to believe in mass vaccination and the logistics of the roll out. I think the Biden administration has a chance to gain some real leverage on countries if we come out of Covid faster and holding ample supply of the vaccine.
People don’t believe when outside of crap news like this one, people are dying and being paralyzed by the trash vax poison.

The simplest explanation for the difference is that DeSantis is lying about Covid numbers.

CA has been under lockdown but residents have not been complying, not to mention flights have still been going in and out of the state. Plus certain industries have been exempt from lockdown requirements. They are not an example of how lockdowns and other safety measures can work.
