Why do you need a mandate to do what’s best for the health of your neighbor and yourself? I don’t understand people proudly making this situation worse in the name of civil liberties.
I have been staying home religiously since March. I wear a mask when I have to go shopping. I shop at Walmart. Today, with the covid-19 infections & deaths rising I believed that everyone would be masked. Not so. One in four weren’t wearing masks. Mostly 30-40 aged men and women. I honestly don’t understand why they would chance it in this metro area?
@Scott, I had to fight the obsession and paranoia. I realized it is mitigation. A strong immune system, sleep, quality diet, good hygiene, masks, social distance can keep the exposure to a minimum and keep the ability to fight an infection robust. We are all social people, I kick it with people who take it seriously, like me. I wouldn’t deny myself interaction though, I would be smart about it.
Trump will cheat: he will sue to stop the ballot count in states he’s ahead, and keep counting in states he’s losing in! This is because he owes $475 million – $1 billion dollars, due creditors if he doesn’t win!

Wearing masks shouldn’t even have to be a policy. It’s just courtesy for your fellow human being.
We applaud veterans and first responders because they do the extraordinary. Civilians can’t even be bothered to wear masks. Pathetic.
Except if your the governor of California with his associates at a restaurant indoors….then no masks required.

Please DO NOT feed the Trolls. They can be relatively easy to spot: no avatar, simplistic names. few if any subscribers, simple but inflammatory statements and recent join dates (from their channel about pages). Test yourself and try to find one troll or bot on the page. Then ignore them and their ability to distract, disrupt, divide and upset us is greatly diminished. T.H.I.N.K is the acronym children are taught to safely navigate cyber space but it applies to everyone. Ask yourself: T = Is it true? H = Is it helpful? I = Is it informative/inspirational? N = Is it necessary? And the big one, K = Is it kind? These cyber security skills take practice but are well worth it when you stop yourself from answering a troll or just say goodbye.

Asian countries have long adopted wearing mask way before this virus even existed. Mask is a very common thing and sight here in Asian countries. Especially countries like China , Japan and South Korea , all three of these countries have been doing it for year’s and years. The fact that Asian countries are so much more well disciplined than the United States tells you alot.
This world will be a more habitable and pleasant place if only we banned:
