Isn’t this the same police force that were used by Chief Theresa Spence as attack dogs to keep journalists off the Attawapiskat reserve and so they were unable to investigate the embezzlement and nepotism of the band leaders?

I’m sure this is scaleable for cities like Toronto or Montreal or Calgary or Vancouver. Do they have any problems with representative policing? How do they integrate so many different cultures from all over the world.
